グレイセスビーチハウスはグレースウィジーが所有し、パットとマイクウィジーが管理していました。 2012年12月、グレースは90歳で亡くなりました。 James Patrick [Pat]とMike WitheyはGracesを継承し、現在も管理しています。 2009年、グレースは家を改造することを決定しました。これには、スタッドに穴を開けて、新しいもので家を完全に改造することが含まれていました。

Best possible location. Very well equipped and convenient. We appreciated the three bicycles and beach toys, and they’re very well equipped in stock kitchen. Huge outdoor patio with two tables and umbrellas right on the promenade.

We were more than happy with everything about our stay at Mission Beach. Our host actually stopped by to take care of some TV issues, but we didn't come to Mission Beach to watch TV :) . The location was excellent and we used the cruiser bikes several times. All appliances worked great and we will stay here again if our plans allow.

This house was everything we expected. Great location, ocean views,large front patio that’s perfect for relaxing while people watching. The house is stocked with all kinds of fun beach essentials-bikes, chairs, boogie boards, etc.The owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. Spacious bedrooms and large kitchen. Our mother Grace Withey was the owner but passed away in December 2012 at 90 years old and Pat and I inherited Graces. My wife and I live in Memphis TN. and Ramona CA. My brother Pat who lives 2 miles away does all maintenance and checks in and out vacationers and I do inquiries and bookings. We hope you choose Graces Beach House for your next vacation. Ocean breezes. sunsets, bike riding on the boardwalk and around the bay, [we have 4 beach bikes for you to use] swimming in the ocean or bay, surfing or boogie boarding, [we have 4 or 5 boogie board you can use] walking along the ocean or bayside, sun tanning, watching people walk by in your front yard or watching the volleyball players play volleyball or you can play yourself, barbeque or just kick back and relax.
