Excellent host and property for a quiet family vacation

The property was fantastic, reasonably priced, and the host was great. We really enjoyed the easy access to the beach and close proximity to the pool. We were far enough out from the traffic, but close enough to get to restaurants and such within 10-15 min. For kids, 2-10 yrs old some of the pool rules may be a bit strict (no balls, splashing discouraged, etc). All in all, great though.

Fantastic!

This place is amazing. The unit was large, comfortable and clean. It had the biggest kitchen I've ever had in a rental which was fully stocked. Two balconies was a nice touch for sure. The entire complex was exceptionally quiet, even during our spring break week. Parking was easy, everything was gated. The beach was spectacular, never got too busy, this unit provided a wagon, sand toys and beach chairs! The pools and hot tubs were also quiet, clean and well appointed with bathrooms and a sauna! I've stayed at a lot of VRBO rentals, this unit and this complex were some of the nicest!

Great place to vacation

The condo had everything we needed and we had a wonderful time! There were toys for the beach and the pool. The pool has quite strict rules, that they enforce, but we still had a great time.

Great,comfortable condo, nicely furnished!

My family enjoyed our stay very much. Condo is spacious- we loved the bunk beds with trundle and oversized master bedroom with separate balcony!

Great Place!

The unit was as good as the ad said. We were super comfortable and really enjoyed the view from the back balcony. It was relaxing, big enough for six adults to be comfortable, and very close to the beach. Loved it! Loved it! Loved it!

Great beach vacation

The complex was very quiet, so we enjoyed visiting both pools and checking out the shuffleboard equipment any time we wanted. Easy walk through the complex to the beach access. Condo was very spacious and clean, kitchen was well stocked, and beds were comfortable. There was even some beach equip in the condo, but we brought our own.

Great place to stay

We have stayed here twice now. It’s a great condo for a family and our kids love the bunk beds and ‘their own’ TV. It’s always clean and the host is very welcoming and communication is great. It’s a short walk to the beach or pool and the balcony overlooks the nature area behind it. Overall 10 out of 10 and would recommend to my friends and family.

Family Beach Time

Great location, super clean, easy walk to the pool and beach! After a few busy days in Orlando, we enjoyed the slow pace at Ocean Walk to wrap up our spring break. Condo was spacious, well stocked, and perfect for our crew of 4 boys.

MUST READ REVIEW FOR A FAMILY STAY!

We loved this place! For a family of 7 with kids ranging from 6-13 it was plenty of space! The check in process was so simple & easy with all the information needed given the day before. The room was clean, freshly stocked, & peaceful. The walk to the beach from this unit was only about 5 minutes which was perfect. This unit does come with a wagon, boogie boards, a cooler, & other water items that are not shown in the photos. We did use the pool one night & asked someone working there in regards to others reviews on the pool and toys, pool noodles are allowed but not other toys to not disturb other guests which was very reasonable to understand. My opinion, take the toys to the beach & have fun! I loved how there were some seasonings, spices, & other condiments that were useful for cooking the few nights we stayed in. Laundry in the unit did have some laundry soap & dryer sheets available but we did bring our own just in case. The beds were comfortable & the fans were a nice way to cool off from the beach. The parking garage below was very nice to have easy access to when it was raining or to be out of the sun, the garage door opener was a little tricky to get it right to open the door but nothing crazy.Overall this place is a 10/10 from us & we are definitely going to book again. Highly recommend this for a family to stay at! & if you do stay go to JBs down the street for seafood & Twistee Twirl for ice cream! Thanks Bret!

Ideal NSB condo

We love NSB and this condo complex doesn't disappoint. Spacious, clean and great amenities. Plenty of dishes, toiletries and other supplies. Great location with walking access to the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping and traffic is never awful. Pool areas are nice as well. Owner is very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely go back.

short stay in Smyrna Beach

Overall nice condo. Mainly older people live here so its quiet. Teenagers didn't have as much fun due to rules on property. They couldnt throw a football at pool. Short walk to beach and seemed like a safe community! Overall, would recommend! Brett was fantastic!

Total Bliss

This condo is tucked into the most perfect spot. It has a lovely porch for the morning and an incredible porch off the master for sunsets overlooking the endless mangroves as far as you can see. It is so quiet and serene. Everyone in the development that we met were super friendly, and the condo itself was spotless, perfectly stocked, and had so many extras that made it fabulous. It also felt very safe, which is a plus, and we were there during spring break and even though you are close to downtown NSB, it is quiet and peaceful.

Great vacation spot!

We had a wonderful time in the condo. The accommodations were very clean. Loved the two balconies, especially the one overlooking all the mangroves. Very peaceful. The location is great for kids - we love the pool and the sauna on the cooler days. The beach is great for the hotter days with the breeze. People are super friendly at this community so you get to meet others from all over the United States. Would definitely stay again! The owner is VERY responsive to messaging and answered my questions quickly. Thank you!

Perfect for families!

This rental was top notch! So clean, well stocked, great washer/dryer and other appliances too. Tons of room. Decor was minimal and tasteful, no clutter or decor for decor’s sake, taking up valuable space in kitchen and bathrooms. The beach items were so nice to have as well. Pool was nice and close to our building. Property owner was helpful and responsive. Our son forgot his book and he is kindly sending it to us. We would definitely stay here again and again.
