This spacious three bedroom, two bath condo offers everything! A short public walk to the non-drive on beach, gorgeous views of both the sunset, sunrise and beach from two balconies and free garage parking for 1 vehicle (additional parking outside).

Very nice, spacious, and clean rental. Super easy check in/out process. Very responsive hosts. Right across from the beach, amazing amenities. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The condo was very spacious and clean. Large kitchen and good size bedrooms. Easy access to the beach via an access directly across the street. It was nice to have a parking garage to keep our vehicle cool. The complex has 2 pools, 2 rec buildings, shuffleboard and a basketball court. Basically everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay. Can’t wait to go back!!

We rented this condo to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday at the beach. It was perfect! The location was great, but even better was the fact the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could want on a vacation. Oceanwalk is a wonderful community with many amenities and this particular condo was one of the best we've stayed in.

Great hospitality!

We spent a full week here. Very nice, clean, accommodating property. We enjoyed our stay here with no worries. Close walk to the beach. Really nice pool/spa areas. Great communication with the host and a very relaxing condo. Definitely a place we would stay at again!

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. However, it did have a bad smell almost like mildew from the moment we walked in. One of the smaller beds was so loud and squeaky with the slightest movement, definitely made sleeping difficult in that room. We were not provided with a remote to the garage. I contacted the host immediately and was told he would provide us with one as soon as possible. That never happened. The garage doors would shut nightly so every night after dinner, we would be locked out of the garage. This was extremely frustrating! The facilities had extremely strict rules, especially at the pool area areas. Just so people are aware you are not allowed to bring pool floats. The kids are not allowed to throw a ball, and you are not allowed to play any music. Needless to say, we spent almost no time at the pool because of this. The condo is a very short walking distance to the pool and the beach. I would not choose to stay here again because of a few avoidable frustrations. Hopefully others have a better experience.

Perfect New Smyrna Beach Getaway

This was a birthday/Father's Day weekend with the family. The condo was perfect. We loved the floor plan and layout. The property and property amenities were wonderful. The owner, Ron, communicated and was great to deal with. Overall, a great weekend
