Poorly managed
The unit itself was fine but there were several issues starting with; being given the wrong gate code so we had to wait and make phone calls before we were able to get on to the property. When we finally got into unit 1405 we found the floors were dirty. The fan in the master bathroom didn’t work. On Sunday we found the elevator not working and the gate was frozen and would not open. We made repeated calls about the elevator as I am recovering from knee surgery and both my husband and I are in our 70s so four flights of stairs are not optimal. There was no sense of urgency to get this issue addressed and in fact the elevator was not fixed until Tuesday so two and a half days out of service!
