Navy Cove 1405 is professionally managed by Sunset Properties.
You must be 25 years old to rent this condo.

This condo will sleep 6.
· Master bedroom - King bed - Private bathroom
· 2nd Bedroom - Queen bed
· Sleeper sofa

This 2 bedroom condo is beautifully decorated in soft relaxing shades to encourage a soothing, relaxing time away from your hustle and bustle. This condo has a fully stocked, well appointed kitchen with all things provided just like you are at home. There is a large living room with a flat screen TV for entertainment if you pull yourself away from that balcony view. The master bedroom comes complete with a king size bed and a connected bathroom that has a separate stand up shower and a soaking tub, this bathroom is complete with a double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and there is also a sleeper sofa, so it will accommodate 6 guests comfortably. The second bathroom has a tub/shower unit, and also a washer and dryer so you can take home clean clothes if you choose!

$1 from each reservation made in Fort Morgan will be donated to the Historic Fort Morgan!

Poorly managed

The unit itself was fine but there were several issues starting with; being given the wrong gate code so we had to wait and make phone calls before we were able to get on to the property. When we finally got into unit 1405 we found the floors were dirty. The fan in the master bathroom didn’t work. On Sunday we found the elevator not working and the gate was frozen and would not open. We made repeated calls about the elevator as I am recovering from knee surgery and both my husband and I are in our 70s so four flights of stairs are not optimal. There was no sense of urgency to get this issue addressed and in fact the elevator was not fixed until Tuesday so two and a half days out of service!

Clean, Comfortable Home Away from Home - Well Maintained

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We needed a last minute rental when family plans changed, and we found Navy Cove 1405. It was in the perfect location and at an affordable price. We have stayed in several condos in several places and have seen a variety of conditions in our price range. This unit was clean and very comfortable for our family. Views of the bay and ocean. The complex was secure and in great condition. The property managers helped us with a second parking pass and replacing a broken toilet seat quickly. Check in and out was super easy. Highly recommend!

Our stay

It was booked for another family. They knocked on the door and said they had reservations and we told them that we had the Condo until Sunday morning. Don't know what happened after that

Perfect Spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time to stay at this condo and I was pleasantly surprised. The elevator was easy to access and quick. This unit was very well set up and with and and all amenities you would need....except paper towels. I’m not saying anything negative about it but one complementary roll would’ve been nice-so remember to bring some! The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. We will definitely be staying there again!
