Finished with mountain décor and overlooking Fall River and the mountains from its deck, evenings-in provide a beautiful alpine setting with a vaulted ceiling, king bed, queen sleeper sofa, twin sleeper loveseat, cable TV and gas fireplace. Enjoy free DVD movie rentals, a heated pool in the summer, complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter, and downtown shopping and dining five minutes from your door. Free Wi-Fi. Sleeps five.

Great amenities and location!

Our family of four had a great stay at this Colorado retreat! The home was clean and comfortable, just a quick 5-minute drive to town yet perfectly tucked away for serene mountain and creek views. Our kids loved the porch hot tub and on-site pool while my wife and I savored peaceful porch time. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Great location

This property is as advertised. Clean and welcoming. My only complaint is that it was too hot and we were unable to regulate the temp with the thermostat.

Family Vacation

This property was great. Easy access to RMNP. Loved having our own hot tub with mountain and river view. My kids enjoyed the pool each day. Check in was easy. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful place on the river.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. We loved being able to hear the river and watch for wildlife right from our living room. We could hear elk bugling one night for hours. We went into the park every morning and it was nice being so close to the entrance. Having 2 bathrooms was amazing. We will definitely plan another stay here and recommend it to others!

Hidden Gem

This is our second stay at Fawn Valley. We loved it the first time, and brought our kids with this time to enjoy RMNP! The listing over and exceeded our expectations. Everything was as described! Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. Will be back again someday!

Great patio and hot tub!

We were nervous only because there were so few reviews of the property but we had a great time! The private hot tub on the deck is amazing. And the listing really doesn’t do justice to the nice view of the river from the deck. The condo was clean, spacious, and having two full baths was really nice. Staff were responsive to our needs, the bed was super comfortable. We’d love to come back someday!

Great location for a Family Vacation near RMNP

Great location and very clean. Host was helpful and quick on communication. The condo is very close to the Fall River entrance of RMNP, which was great. There is a one way road(due to construction) when you travel to the condo, but it was fairly quick. There was a mama dear and her 2 fawns on the back side of the condo by the river 2 days we were there, so cool. Also the hot tub was very clean. They have someone come check and adjust chemicals daily.

Lovely!

Unit 271 was great! The view was incredible and the location was perfect. Negatives- the floors were dirty and the wood table was oddly sticky. Also, the hot tub was insanely hot and wouldn’t cool down, which was odd, but we just had to dip in and out. Lastly, the walls are super thin and you can hear everything going on in the units around you/the stairwell. All that said, I would definitely stay here again. Despite the little inconveniences, the view of the river and the seclusion while only being about 10 minutes from town made it all worth it. I recommend this unit for sure!

The hot tub is regulated as to not go over our state required maximum temperature. I have checked our hot tub logs during the time you stayed and the temperature was not above the required temperature. We have quiet hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am. We are very happy to hear that you would recommend this unit, but am sorry that your stay was not as enjoyable as it could have been. Please, in the future, utilize our 24 hour emergency line if there are noise issues or you have concerns regarding your unit. We do hope to see you in the future for a return visit. Jamie

Great stay

Overall stay was great. I’m sure that I read there was no AC but I forgot. It was very warm when we stayed. They provided 2 nice fans and it is second floor so we were coming sleeping with windows open. I do not the love the office hours, they don’t open until 9 so we had to wait until then to buy ice. Ice trays would be nice to have. The pool closes at 7 which is earlier than my kids would prefer. Would be nice if there was maybe key or code access for pool. Bed was comfortable. Pull out bed not as much. Everything was clean. Wi-Fi worked thank goodness because signal is almost none.
