Welcome to your private Downtown oasis in the middle of Central Kentucky's bluegrass, bourbon, & horse country.
Enjoy visiting with friends & family inside this restored 1915 Bungalow featuring 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. Designed for those who enjoy the finer things in life, there is an abundance of glamour & charm. Featuring 10ft ceilings, wrap around front porch, custom kitchen, clawfoot tub, & so much more! The owner spared no expense, the backyard is truly an oasis with turf, hot tub, & saltpool

Guest will have full access to the first and second floor, along with the front and backyard.

Pool is closed from October - April

The Bungalow at 2nd St is Lexington's hidden Gem. Located in the heart of downtown, this beautifully restored bungalow features all the modern-day amenities, while being surrounded by luxury, charm, and convivence.

First Floor:
- Upon entry, guests will be greeted by beautifully restored heart pine floors, grand piano and formal sitting area. As you walk to the rear of the property, guests will enter into the dining room that seats 8. Off the dining room is our cozy living room with a Smart TV, sectional, and all the attitude needed for those who enjoys the finer things in life.

- Our first floor features a bathroom off the kitchen with clawfoot tub and shower, guest bedroom with an antique full bed and custom kitchen stocked with all that a guest could desire.

Second Floor:
- Features a large loft style bedroom with King Bed, Smart TV, custom tiled shower and walk in closet.

Exterior:
- The owner spared no expense when it came to the landscaping.

- The front features a wraparound porch, seating area and large driveway.

- The backyard is truly an oasis with custom saltwater lap pool, hot tub, large patio/bar area, grill, turf and custom landscaping.

Kitchen was great, loved it and it flows. Wished Pool was warmer it was super cold probably in the low 60s If you can let us know how to make warmer for future stay that would be great.

A great stay in Lexington!

The house is adorable and pictures are accurate. The backyard is beautiful. It is an old house so comes with certain things you would expect and the upstairs struggled to cool off during the day (it was really hot in Lexington during our stay). Kitchen had everything we needed.

Great stay in Lexington

We had a very enjoyable stay here in Lexington. The owners have done a very nice job with the decor, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and our kids loved the hot tub. We would stay here again if we are ever back in the area!

Cute house with an amazing yard, pool and hot tub. Walk to great restaurants including Distilled, Blue Heron and Stella’s . Super close to downtown . Easy drive to Keeneland . A great find!

Fun house

The house suited our needs perfectly. Very nicely decorated. We loved the piano, the second floor suite/bedroom and the outdoor space. We were able to walk to some attractions and the rest were a short ride share. Overall we were impressed with the house. Thanks for a great visit.

Charming property

Charming old home in a great central location, quiet neighborhood. Chic decor, comfy beds, clean, well-stocked with everything we needed. The back yard is absolutely divine and we loved relaxing in the salt water pool.

Birthday/Bourbon trail trip

We had a wonderful stay at this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage in Lexington. The home was beautifully decorated with music lovers in mind— the piano and eclectic art pieces gave it a unique, creative vibe. Each room had its own personality, and the thoughtful design touches made it feel warm and welcoming. The space was cozy yet spacious enough for two couples, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The outdoor space was amazing. Oasis in the City!

This house is gorgeous! Beautifully decorated with all the modern amenities. The pool was warm & clean and just perfect for our family to enjoy. The grand piano was so very nice and filed the house with beautiful music during our stay. Everything we needed was there from spices to pool towels. Would highly recommend!

Short Kentucky get away

Home was exactly as listed. Loved the kitchen. Did not plan on cooking, but fixed breakfast each morning in such a wonderfully stocked place. Beds also comfortable. We definitely relaxed.

Amazing Art Deco Oasis

Want to visit a lavish backyard Hollywood pool party in the roaring twenties??!! This is the place! We can’t even express into words how incredible the very private backyard is and the home is beautifully and uniquely appointed to make you feel like you are checking into a lavish movie star quality place! 10/10 will be returning to enjoy again! We wish we would’ve booked longer. Lexington Cemetery is right across the way with it’s gorgeous landscapes and backdrops; very reminiscent of New Orleans with its weeping trees. Doodles is a great brunch hang out spot with fresh local fixings! Highly recommend!

Luxury in Lexington

My husband and I were in town for a wedding. Found this gem on VRBO... it was everything advertised ! The first two days of our stay we played golf and then would return to relax in a secluded, private back yard by the pool. The house was well appointed with lots of amenities. Tea and water provided in the kitchen and all the gadgets we might need. There were a few burned out light bulbs and a couple of soft creaky floors, but nothing that you wouldn't expect with an old home. Convenient location to walk to breakfast at Stellas and dinner at Distilled or the Goose. We highly recommend this home and manager.

UK Graduation Weekend
