Historical home located in the heart of Lexington, Kentucky. Few minute walk to Woodland Park, Kroger, Starbucks, bars, and restaurants. Gas station right around the corner. A convenient 3 minute drive and you're in the middle of downtown Lexington. Rupp Arena (1 mi), Kroger Field (1.5 mi), Keeneland (7 mi), Kentucky Horse Park (10 mi), Buffalo Trace Distillery (26 mi). 1GB fiber optic wifi. This home is a duplex.

The host was very accommodating and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and activities. Our only complaint is shower water pressure in shower is low but that would not discourage us from staying again.

Perfect little apartment with new updated kitchen and bathroom. Bed very comfortable. Perfect for attending events at Memorial coliseum. Host very helpful and responsive.

Kitchen had everything we needed, and the coffee pods were very appreciated. Location was very close to 2 of the places we came to visit, the Opera House and also the Henry Clay estate. House is on a fairly quiet street, lots of cars parked on the street but not a lot of traffic. Had a fantastic stay and would book this property again.

Extremely clean house with upgraded appliances. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Furnishings were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

The unit was very nice, just as pictured, and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located. It was perfect for our stay in Lexington.

Getting in was a breeze and the unit was perfect for two people. We loved the location (picked it due to that) and walkabikity of the neighborhood. Kitchen and laundry appliances were a nice bonus. Had a small issue with a/c but host was responsive and helpful. Will stay here again!

We had a great stay. We arrived late at night, and had an issue with the door code, but the host was able to resolve in a couple minutes. The street can be busy and with cars parked in front of the house it can be hard to find the house at night when you first arrive, it would be good to have a light on the house numbers.

No matter where I went in the city, the return always was surprisingly quick - an excellent location to roam through Lexington. Nicely updated property, it’s always fun to see what can be done to a vintage place. Very good updates, very good experience.
