You will hear noise of the demolition of the existing stucco and may have swing stages and workers on the east side exterior of the building outside the windows. For the duration of the project, the courtyard (east side) and portion of the upper parking garage will be closed for access. This condo is located in the middle of the west side of the tower.

Enjoy making the most of your Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort vacation in this beautifully-appointed one-bedroom Gulf Front Condo! Marvel at the gorgeous view of the sparkling aqua water and sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast beach from your private balcony, where you can view majestic sunsets.

This unit features a full size, fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the open floor plan kitchen and living room, assuring you and your family never miss a precious moment of your much deserved vacation together. The master bedroom has a king size bed with additional bedding for two on the full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Beachside Two sits directly on the beach just steps away on the beach boardwalk. The building offers its guests WiFi, a seasonally-heated solar pool with grills at the pool deck, an exercise room, and covered parking.

On those nights you want to enjoy an evening out, The Village at Baytowne Wharf offers an array of restaurants from fine dining to pizza, sushi and more. Or catch the latest movie at Grand Boulevard at the new ten-screen cinema. Free Shuttle Service will take you to all locations on the Resort. Sandestin's 2400 acres has over five miles of paved trails for jogging and bicycling, a nature walk area, three public golf courses and tennis courts for the tennis enthusiast.

The condo was exactly as pictured in photos. Very nice and very clean. The ocean view was better than the pictures. The sunset views were amazing. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Convenient to everything, and the unit was very nice. The golf cart was an added bonus and would definitely stay here again. Only downfall was pool was being renovated, but no one could help that and it should be open now. Was just waiting on the health department for inspections. Looks great!

Very clean and comfortable

A wonderful, albeit small condo. Well appointed and comfortable. Would stay again. The condo's location was superb and the golf cart was a plus to go to the other side of the island.

Perfect!

We went for a quick vacation while the kids were away and found this place perfect! Balcony and golf cart were both amazing and made for a lot of fun. We would for sure come back here again and probably with the kids next time.

Nice getaway

Everything was great from location, cleanliness, and accommodations. It just would have been nice to have a heads up with the construction happening right next door to us, 3 out of our 4 days we stayed there they would begin work at 7:30am… I understand it is out of our control just communication would have been nice to know what is going on.

Sandestin condo Beach 2

Property was very nice and beautifully decorated. The real inconvenience was all the steps to the beach because of the renovation . I was not made fully aware that this noisy work would go on all day ! It was very annoying and one could not sleep late or even take a nap! The pool also needed some umbrellas!

Sunsets and Soft Sandy Beaches

This was our first time in the Miramar Beach area. We just loved it. The condo was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed to be comfortable for our two week stay. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets etc. to easily cook a complete meal. The golf cart was an added plus. We didn’t expect to see those spectacular sunsets, but the position of the balcony was a perfect viewing platform. The only issue we had was our arrival. It was dark and the best place to unload our car was unclear. We asked others, who apparently had the same issue, and we were guided to the garage entry where we found plenty of luggage carts just inside the door to assist us with unloading. It was a perfect trip! We would love to comeback and stay longer next year!

Our stay at Sandesitn

The weather was not great. Rained/poured everyday. We actually had water come through the light fixture and walls in the bathroom! Scary!! The elevator waits were awful. Plus at least 3-4 times the one elevator was out of order. Also housekeeping should have its own elevator. There are way too many rooms/guests to have only 2 elevators accessible. The beach - way too many umbrellas and chairs set up and not in use! The pool - it was closed 3 of the 7 days we were there. Also we were not given the codes to the gates or entry into the main hotel in our packet...had to ask the gatehouse and they did not know. Very inconvenient.

Hello Christine, We appreciate the feedback on your stay with us! All of your arrival information is emailed to you including a link to download an app to keep all of your vacation information at your fingertips. Gate codes are located under the My Arrival section of the Hospitality App by GLAD. The major rain storm that occurred on Friday July 14th dumped over 12 inches of rain in 2 hours. Unfortunately the massive amount of water flooded the service elevator making this unusable until parts arrived. One of the main elevators was shut down as it appeared a guest in the tower damaged one of the doors by kicking it in. Luckily that elevator was back up within a day. We were made aware of the pool being closed due to debris causing damage to the pool pump and its continued closing because guests tore down the "Pool Closed" signs and guest entered the pool before chemicals were balanced. The massive amount of rain in a short period of time clogged a few roof drains on top of the tower, causing some minor leaking in a few condos below. The Building Association acted fast to pump out the excess water to stop any major leaks. We apologize for the abnormal circumstances that occurred during your stay! We want nothing but the best for our guests for their vacation here on the Emerald Coast

Amazed to find no coffee or basic condiments. Also, my wife and I had to constantly monitor our use of toilet paper. Since the toilet paper provided was of the lowest quantity, bought in bulk, worrying that we might run out was a constant source of distress. Who wants to buy four rolls of toilet paper if we ran out? Similarly, do we want to buy a full box of K-Cups for our stay? What happens to the "leftovers" from past guests. According to the rules, we were to throw away any leftover foods. Why? Additionally, we were never given the codes to run the elevator. AND, the codes given for gate access were for the prior week. In all, for the money we spent, this vacation was not worth it.

Thank you David for your feedback. Florida Department of Hotels & Restaurants requires short term vacations to dispose of any opened perishable item left in a property. This includes coffee, salt & pepper and other basic condiments. These are standard health and sanitary rules throughout the state. We apologize for the any issues with the codes to access Beachside Two. The Association changed the codes just before Memorial Day and the notice was sent in a text message as well as updated in the guide that is given to the guests 7 days and 2 days prior to your arrival. This text link guide for your reservation information updates in real time and gate access codes are next to the elevator access code. Additionally the Beach gate and East Path gate codes are in the same section. Please review ALL of your reservation information and rental agreement prior to your arrival, including details on items the property. We provide all of the starter amenities as you begin your vacation (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, detergents) however guests will need to shop to replenish their needs for the remainder of their vacation.
