This property made my wife like Vrbo.

Marco is the best host you could ask for! He che ks in regularly with us and has a beautiful property, beyond what we expected. The neighboring shops and bar are so friendly and kind! Dont miss out on this vacation!

Our host Marco went above and beyond any expectations. Always helpful, and even got the flat tire on our golf cart fixed!! Checked in with us regularly, offered suggestions for events. Highly recommend staying at his property!!

Don’t hesitate to book!

The property was great and Marco was amazing! We had such an awesome time with family and are already talking about the next time. Marco accommodated every request, from an early check-in, later check-out and found us the ever-elusive 6 person golf cart at the last minute. Great stay!

The condo was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. We had minor issues during the first day but Marco quickly fixed them. The condo is a 10 min walk to the Chedraui supermarket and less than that to a pharmacy. During our stay, we received a carrot cake from the host (very good). No complaints and we will return.

Excellent

Great stay, had minor issues with the water and bathrooms, that were quickly resolved by Marco. He even offered after fixing the problem to upgrade us to a bigger unit. Great Service, will definitely stay again.

Very comfortable so close to everything Mega Affordable

Pics do not do it justice. I am a Marriott girl and beds are Marriott equivalent. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is so perfect and convenient. Very clean and spacious. Everything is so close by, you can literally walk to stores, tacos, pizzeria...You must rent a go cart to live the Isla experience. We went grocery shopping in our cart to have munchies available. We would go to beach, shop or anywhere, would get to home in a few minutes shower , rest and head out again. Will definitely highly recommend, return and stay here again. Price is incredible too.

Family vacation

The owner was very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was a nice gesture. The place was very spacious and clean. The food in kitchen has to be put away at all times due to bugs. The place could use more towels since there was not a washer/dryer. No beach towels available. The property is a bit far from center of island. We didn’t see any access to the beach nearby from the property. We drove to the center/downtown of island to access beach. We thought the price was on the expensive side for what it has to offer.

This season they come out more and more and we would have been happy to clean & eliminate had you informed me during your stay. The beach towels were under the sink. Sorry you did not see those. We loved The White House. The host Marco was amazing. He constantly communicated with us to make sure we had everything we needed and even sent us some lovely desserts for my husband’s 60th birthday. We liked that the property was located in a neighborhood away from the busy north area but still close enough to get to it easily by taxi or golf cart. We rented a golf cart for our whole 3 day stay and we loved the designated golf cart parking at the condo. The property was clean and well stocked. We didn’t cook during our stay but instead enjoyed the local cuisine, but we would have had everything we needed had we chosen to. Our party was 4 adults and we liked having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. We would definitely stay there again. We loved Isla Mujeres and the people. The customer service everywhere we went was excellent. Thank you Marco for helping make our stay so relaxed and enjoyable.

Construction

Very nice place you can tell there was a lot of thought put into making this place comfortable. Location was good. BUT. Construction on the building below us. When we got there at 4 PM . Jack hammering for 2 1/2 Hours . It sounded like they were trying to knock down our wall. You woun,t sleep in at this place. 7:55 am hammering started. We understand construction . It would of been nice if we were told about it. Not sure how long it will last looked like a big addition ohh no hot tub

I would love to give this property 5 stars, but given the multiple hiccups that cost us additional money, I can't. I feel like this property may be new to vacation listing's because it felt like we were there as the kinks were worked out. As a family, we like to get groceries and have breakfast at home because we all wake up at different times. The first morning I couldn't get the oven to come on. So by the time Marcos wife responded, we left to pay for breakfast because we wanted to get our day started as opposed to sitting around waiting for a response. The day we arrived, we were told the golf cart would be at the house at 2pm. We didn't get it until after 4. We were starving as we had been flying all morning, so we had to figure out how to call a cab because in this area, cabs are not just driving by. This waisted time for us and it was pretty frustrating and cost us additional money. We also did not have pesos yet, which the cabs take pesos, so luckily the girl was very kind and converted US dollar for us. We were also told the golf cart would be fueled nightly, but one night, after dark, we ran out of gas and were stranded. All I could think about was my daughter had been taking the cart by herself and I can't imagine if that would've happened to her alone. The condo is well stocked, it is clean, and Marco is responsive, but like I said, to many hiccups.

Great week!

Great stay. Loved the local positioning of the condo. East access to the island. Can walk to a lot of the local areas but recommend a golf cart for east access to everything. The condo itself was very clean and so big! Great space to prepare meals, sit with a coffee on the deck and let your swim suits and towels dry off after a day at the beach. Loved hanging in the hammock.
