Here you will find the perfect hideaway in our newly designed basement apartment with a full sized bed and large sectional. This cute little place has its own entrance through the back with a relaxing backyard to enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather.

Just minutes from Chatfield Reservoir, South Platte River, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Botanical Gardens, Waterton Canyon there is endless fun to be had.

Favorite restaurants in Littleton: Angelo's Tavern, The Melting Pot, Chopsticks, Hogback bbq, Carlos Miguel's, 5280 Steaks and Seafood, Breckenridge Brewery and Lakehouse Kitchen and Tavern

Other favorite spots:
Downtown/ 16th Street Mall is a 25 minutes drive
Blackhawk/Central City casinos about 35 minutes
Indian Hot Springs is about 30 minutes away
Breckenridge is a 1 1/2 hour drive

*Please note, the entrance to the basement apartment is down a path of river rocks, so it is not wheelchair accessible. I would not recommend this unit if you have trouble walking or balancing.

Morrison Wedding Trip

Low key stay about 20-30 mins from Red Rocks/Morrison. You aren’t able to control the thermostat, just a vent in the bathroom, but the unit stays very cool. The rock/pebble path leading to the property can be a little rough to walk on. The mattress is a little soft, but I sleep on a very firm one so YMMV. Super cozy couch/living room area and outside patio area. Would stay here again!

Stunning

We were very happy when we walked in. The place was decorated so perfectly. Space was perfectly set up and had everything you would need on a little weekend getaway. Convenient location to freeway stores etc. will definitely try and stay again.

Clean, spacious. Nice bathroom. Quiet. No closets, no laundry. Not in walking distance to anything. Back yard is very small, has astro turf (which was confusing to my dogs).

Great place to stay

We stayed here as part of a trip to Red Rocks. Great place to use as a staging area for Red Rocks or other local attractions. Look forward to staying again.

Close to Red Rocks and absolutely worth the price.

Char was extremely gracious and provided many items at the Hideaway that made our time there feel like home. I took one star on cleanliness due to finding several items under the sofa that were obvious and should have been picked up. The remainder of the place was sanitary and we had no concerns.

great little place

this was a wonderful property! it was spacious enough for me and my sister, all amenities that we needed were there, and the host was very nice and courteous. it is a lower unit of a condo, yet you don’t even really hear any of the upper residents. good location, not too far from denver, and really close to red rocks! we can’t wait to come back!

Cute, cozy unit

Cute place, overall great location, close to restaurants and Chatfield State Park. No overflow parking, however, Char did save a spot closest to the unit upon my arrival. Getting to the unit was a rocky pathway so for older people, need to be careful.

great access to freeways

Char is easy to communicate with. Very modern and clean, +great bathroom. Trundle twin bed was too close to furnace (in winter loud when heat came on/off). But I slept well in the living room sofa/couch with TV and streaming service avail. Access to property is around back- with winter snow more cumbersome to access but owner let me unload threw garage when I arrived, and lent me a pair of winter boots during my stay. Full fridge and everything you need to cook including pots/pans/utensils and dishes.

The property was in the perfect location for me and it allowed my dogs.

The property was clean and nicely decorated. It was a comfortable place to stay and communication was easy with the owner.

I would highly recommend this as a stay!

Such a quiet little getaway that is super cozy! Couldn’t beat the price with how relaxing this place feels. It’s in a wonderful location and easy to commute to if wanting to head downtown to Denver or tour around. We had such a wonderful stay and had such a fantastic property manager. I would recommend anyone to stay here for a long or short stay. Thank you so much Char! :)
