Your home away from home in serene Littleton with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms ( 2 story ) . This house offers a king bed ( master bed ), queen bed ( upstairs ), and full bed ( upstairs ) for plenty of space for groups to gather. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, light breakfast option, a workspace with desk, many family board games and a beautiful furnished deck overlooking yard.

- Location is moments from Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Chatfield resoiver, and the start of the Colorado State Trail. Please be aware there is a separate rental space in the basement of the home that may be rented out in succession with your rental. If you would like the privacy of the entire property you will need to inquire about renting both spaces. A discount will be applied when reserving the whole house. Please check in with me if you have questions.

We were amazed by this beautiful, calming, tranquil home. We were very pleased to be able to use this property over the Thanksgiving holiday and use the well-stocked kitchen for cooking. The place was clean and charming. The home is more beautiful in person than the photos relay. Many delightful surprises in every room, which I will not list as to not spoil the discovery for your next guests! Our family would definitely seek this property again. Thank you!

Amazing property and hostess! Every amenity you could ask for and then some. Property was spotless. Everything was basically new. Hostess made sure she was easy to get a hold of, and the ambience of the place was exquisite! Definitely a 10 out of 10 for both the hostess and the home. We felt very welcome, beautiful views of the mountains if you went for a walk, I have nothing but fantastic things to say!

I reserved this house for one night because I had family in town. The host told me check in was at 4 pm and that she would send me code before that. 4 pm came and went while my family waited to check in. I called, emailed and texted the host but no response. Finally after 5 pm I informed the host we would make other arrangements and I requested a refund. Eventually I heard from host and was told I’d get refunded. It’s been a week and no refund or even a redpy to my inquiries. This was my first VRBO experience and very disappointing

Overall an odd experience at this home. I had to open all the windows to air out the strong smell of incense. Maintenance was on property when I arrived. Had to text the host for check in instructions which were provided an hour after check in time. Garage door was damaged on arrival. Trees at the back of the house knock against the window. Fridge needs to be cleaned out of expired foods and old spills. Limited pots, pans and dinnerware. Overall it’s a place to stay but not maintained to the standard of other options.

This rental was a disappointment. The check-in code wasn’t sent until after we arrived, and the host was unresponsive until the day before checkin and stated we’d be sent the code 4 hours before arrival—we had to contact VRBO multiple times to contact host. When we arrived we had to wait outside for over 30 minutes. When we finally did get the code, we went in and the host was inside cleaning. The property had many issues: TVs didn’t work until the day before we left, the upstairs toilet had to be flushed manually, and we were misled about access. The basement unit was rented despite being told it wouldn’t be and that we’d have full use of the yard. We were told we now only had the deck to enjoy. We were uninformed that there was a large German Shepherd in the backyard there was no block for it to access to the upstairs deck. Sense of Security was the worst part. Originally the owner stated the inside door to the basement was deadbolted and she only had the key. When the front door keypad failed, the host had stated she couldn’t get over there for a while and she’d have the basement renter let us in. The downstairs renter walked up straight through our unit to unlock the front door—showing they indeed had access anytime. To top it off, police even came to the property during our stay looking for someone. This place was misrepresented, poorly managed, and did not feel secure. I do not recommend it.

Came to town to attend a concert at Red Rocks. The house was as pictured and had to have been one of the nicest, cleanest vacation rentals I have ever used. Beautiful scenery and close to the venue. Would stay here again.

This is lovely home in a nice neighborhood, spacious, beautifully furnished and decorated (the netting canopy in the master bedroom a very nice touch), ample bathroom space and mirrors throughout the house, peaceful deck in back, would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Also plenty of fresh oxygen with the abundance of live plants inside!

It’s a 3 bedroom yet she charges 25 per night per person for over 2 people. Make that make sense. We had 4 people and got charged 100 extra for a 2 night stay. Inquired about checking in 1 hour early and she offered to let us check in 2 hours early for a 50 fee.

Very pleasant stay - great vibe

We stayed for one night after we attended a concert at Red Rocks. We found the decor to be very pleasant. All rooms are comfortable. Would stay again. The home has a nice vibe!

Colorado Red Rock Extravaganza

So much fun! Beautiful property, great location, very clean, amazing deck and backyard, Mountain View, 3 bedrooms very spacious, quiet and great sleeping with mountain air. Would visit again and highly recommend.

Golf Getaway

Very Beautiful House, good for spending time with friends!

My group checked in late at night and the host was very understanding and helpful. The check in process was easy. The living room is great, lots of board games and the TV has a Fire Stick so lots of options for shows/movies. The coach is very comfortable! Some of the furniture is a little troublesome, like you have to really work to get a drawer back in. But nothing too bad.The bedrooms are beautiful as well with also so fun elements like a swinging chair. The beds are firm. And the bathrooms have everything you need. Check out process was very easy as well, the host just asked to leave used towels by the bathroom on the main level. Overall very good stay!

Stay in Littleton

We chose this house due to location. We were coming in from out of state to visit with our daughter and her family after she had a baby. The house was perfect and the host was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
