Jaco Beach Spring break

Very comfortable. AC was great! It had everything we needed, and 1 block from the beach!. The manager April was great, accessible, responsive, friendly and helpful. The place was quiet, away from the bustle but close enough to walk to it. Would stay here again.

Fabulous location & pool

We stayed here for 3 weeks. It was a great location and worked for us just fine. The pool was fabulous, we went swimming every morning with Macaws flying over. Loved it! April & Rhonda were wonderful and responded very quickly. However there were a few things that could be better. First terrible lighting, you could not read at night. No light over the stove so cooking was a challenge at night. Then the place was For sale with a huge For sale sign blocking the light in the living room. The kitchen table was so small, 2 people could barely have dinner on it. We were not made aware it was for sale prior to arrival, and they wanted to show it while we were there. People asked us questions about the place the entire time we were there.

Ridiculous Rules and Roaches

The condo is ample and well supplied. The location is super convenient as everything is within walking distance. Upon arrival I was shown a very long list of rules which contradicted the listing. Although the listing stated smoking was prohibited in common areas, the rules stated that the entire complex was non smoking. The listing also stated no glass beverages around the pool while the rules were emphatic that no drinking of any beverages in any containers was allowed at the pool. We also weren’t allowed to have a taxi drive us to the condo. They had to drop us at the gate and we had to walk to the condo because we were renters. The staff showed us the rule on their cell phones. We really felt like second class citizens because we were renting. There were also roaches in the condo. We made the best of it by walking down the street to Best Western motel.

Maisonnette sécuritaire et endroit calme près de tous les services.

Rhonda a été disponible tout au long du séjour. Emplacement calme et sécuritaire avec enfants. Près de tout et accessible. Piscine achalandée pendant les vacances de noël, mais toujours très bien entrevue. Près de la plage et restaurants. Manquait juste l’accès à une laveuse … la buanderie n’est pas l’idéal . Je recommande fortement ! Bon séjour :)
