Escape to our brand-new, ground-floor North Shore condo, just 15 steps from the sand! This beautifully renovated beachfront unit sleeps 4 and offers direct access to a pristine, turtle-populated beach from your private lanai. Enjoy modern amenities, ocean sounds, and the perfect location for a serene Hawaiian getaway. Ideal for couples or small families seeking sun, surf, and relaxation.

This entire condo underwent a complete gut renovation in January 2023, ensuring every detail is fresh, modern, and pristine. The open-concept design creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for up to four guests.

Living Area: Features a comfortable fold-out memory foam queen sofa, a 50" streaming TV, and high-speed WIFI, all with the soothing sound of the ocean in the background.

Kitchen: A well-equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze.

Bedroom: The private bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed with quality linens for a restful night's sleep.

Bathrooms: The unit includes two separate, full bathrooms, each with its own shower, sink, and toilet, providing extra convenience for families or couples.

For Families: We provide a Pack-n-play and a high chair for our younger guests.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment for a private and comfortable stay.

Private Lanai: Your ground-floor lanai opens directly onto the beach path, putting you on the pristine, turtle-populated sands of Fresh Airs beach in 15 steps.

Shared Community Amenities: Guests are welcome to use the shared facilities, which include:

Picnic tables and BBQ area, perfect for watching the sunset.

Outdoor shower to rinse off after a swim.

Coin-operated laundry facilities.

For your peace of mind, the property is a quiet, peaceful community with a night manager on-site.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The condo was exactly as advertised and fit our needs. Steps to the beach where you can swim in the ocean, and wonderful sunsets. The host was great. Will definitely return when we can.

Amazing Location and Community

You cannot find a better location on the North Shore! This tight community in Haleiwa is small, welcoming, and within easy reach of town by a short walk. This 1st-floor location is exactly 19 steps from the sand and water, so there is not a closer location we can imagine. Becky was in contact with us routinely to make sure our extended stay was what we had wanted and expected... she was and is fantastic. The condo is wonderful and equipped with everything you need to wind down, relax, and enjoy many moments of peace and tranquility. Mahalo!!

Amazing inside and out

We came here over Christmas with our teenage girls. This was the fourth time we have stayed at Haleiwa Surf but our first time in this unit. It is by far the nicest one we’ve stayed in. Love the large sectional and the kitchen bar for eating at. Being able to walk out the patio doors to the beach is the best perk of this ground floor unit. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and the beach bin was also very well stocked. The bed was super comfy and the girls said the sofa bed was good too. We look forward to renting this condo again. As for the beach, it really is the best on the island. We enjoyed snorkeling, boogie boarding and playing in the waves. We saw turtles swim by and several come up on the beach just a couple minutes walk away. We often walked down to the surf beach to check out the surfing there. We have always felt very safe at the beach and in this community. Thanks so much for providing us a beautiful spot to call home on our trip.

Beachside Beauty

This was my second time staying at the Haleiwa Surf and first time in this unit. I’ve been coming to Hale’iwa regularly since 2012 and previously tented a run-down duplex. This unit has been completely remodeled and I love the kitchen and the water filter. Also nice touches with a clean look but not overdone. I was able to walk right out into the grass and out to the beach. The building is safe and the on-site manager is helpful and available. And if I needed anything else, the owner was very responsive as well. We are on the north shore, so in the winter surf can be high, but the beach is protected by a reef and is very swimmable. If you want night life, you won’t find much of it here, but you will find lots if peace and quiet. There are some good restaurants and food trucks in town and you get a sense of what it’s like to be a local. I love to hike, and Oahu is full of amazing trails. You could do a different one every day for a month if you wanted to. I will definitely be back!! Thank you, Becky!

Our home in Hale'iwa is a dream come true for me (Becky), and my family (two moms + two kids) is happy to share the adventure with me. I am an author (Impact with Integrity: Repair the World Without Breaking Yourself) and an entrepreneur (cofounder of the Billions Institute, a small but mighty firm that trains people how to design and lead large-scale social change). When I'm enjoying our home in Hale'iwa, I swim with the turtles every single day, surf Chun's reef as early in the morning as possible before the crowd's arrive, and endlessly delight in the sounds of children playing in the water.

I was stationed on O'ahu in the early 90's when she was a young Army Lieutenant fresh out of West Point. I was a Signal Officer stationed at Helemano and I lived right across the street from Waimea Bay then later up in Pūpūkea. I surfed, snorkled, scuba dove, hiked, mountain biked every single weekend. Some people complained about "island fever" but not me. I knew in my soul that I had found myself in a land that was deeply sacred and I savored every single minute of it. One of the saddest days of my life was my last day on the North Shore in 1995 and I have spent the past 22 year scheming about how I might find my way back. This home is my way back, and I am so delighted to share it with you and so grateful for your stay, as it is through the occasional guest that we are able to make this pencil out financially. Know that this home is grounded in aloha and the deepest respect for the people and the land.

Location, Location, Location! You cannot beat the location of the Haleiwa Surf Condos, and this unit - on the ground floor, in the front unit closest to the ocean - is a rare gem, indeed! Everything will be 100% new as of January 2023. Our family values are deeply grounded in love and respect for Hawai'i and Native Hawaiians and our intention is that the energy of aloha and respect come through in the energy of our home for all who stay here.
