We are a nurse and firefighter who love to travel with our three little boys. We are the owners of Lazy Vacation Homes, LLC and we are investors as well. We have multiple vacation homes and we want to create the absolute best experience for our guests. Our homes are family friendly and we take pride in a clean, safe, and fun environment. All of our homes are themed and have a scavenger hunt. We manage our own homes so you will have contact with us and not a property management company. We are available 24/7 and we both answer messages very fast. We like to stay in our homes as well so we keep up on them and we are always adding to them.

We are very close to downtown St. Augustine and Jacksonville. St. Augustine is the oldest city in the United States and it warrants a visit without a doubt. When you are not strolling downtown you'll be able to enjoy a comfortable stay in our home where you can relax and kick back.

Hang out in the mini arcade and pirate bar with friends or family, enjoy the smart TV's in every room, wake up and have coffee, tea, or hot cocoa in our fully stocked coffee bar, enjoy the speaker with free music, play board games, figure out your pirate name, find all 50 of the hidden skull and cross bones around the house, have a cocktail on the patio, cozy up by the fire pit, walk to breakfast, play giant connect 4 outside, walk to get pizza and so much more. The fun never ends when you stay at The Lazy Pirate!
