Great View

Location is very good and unit is nice however weird smell in the kitchen we couldn't shake and building construction noise was a little annoying.

Would have preferred no construction noise, but Reflections is still our favorite spot in IRB.

Beautiful View

This property on the beach had spectacular views and location right on the beach was perfect. The condo was very well equipped and had everything we needed. We had an amazing time.

Perfect weather - adequate condo!

Nice place with great view & most convinces. No blankets in condo, outside of windows & patio doors not cleaned (filthy!)! Overall, good place to enjoy the beach!!

Best ever!

Beautiful property with sturdy, very comfortable furniture. Everything worked! Ocean view is glorious. Quiet area for we old folks. Kitchen is well stocked with needs. We hope to come back!!

Great location lots of issues

Great location lots to walk to. Condo was nice but we had lots of issues ie broke microwave, coffee maker TV not working. Did respond to our issues but inconvenient. Building is old and they are doing a lot of work so banging started early in the morning.

Condo provides direct ocean view and access.

Condo itself was exactly as pictured. Spacious and well equipped. The beach in front of condo was peaceful and not crowded despite it being Labor Day week. It was great to have beach chairs. A couple of things to note- having one key for property access when staying with a group/ family can make logistics challenging. Also, the construction noise starts early and cannot be ignored. If sleeping in is your thing- you cannot during the week as work started as early as 6:45am. With that being said- we would go back to this condo and location.

Total disaster

First off we must say that the condo 206 at Reflections was a very attractive and extremely well decorated place with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. We were looking forward to a peaceful 2 week vacation that was not possible with all the construction going on during weekdays. Constant jack hammering and grinding noises made our stay miserable. You could not make or receive a call it was so loud. Our car was covered with a concrete dust coating for the whole time of our stay. Anyone considering booking here please STAY AWAY UNTIL CONSTRUCTION IS FINISHED.

Comfortable and great location

We enjoyed a month at this unit. The manager approved a partial refund due to the loud noises resulting from the ongoing renovations to the buildings exterior, including many balconies. Lots of jack-hammering, grinding, and banging. All part of necessary work, and so we bought earplugs and made the best of it. For those who don’t do well living with such conditions I would recommend waiting until around 2024. At the rate the small crew is moving the project will likely require another year to complete. The unit itself was nicely furnished and had EXCELLENT quality mattresses ( both bedrooms have a king bed). The rental manager was responsive and pleasant at all times. We would return to this unit, even despite the loud construction noise (for the right price of course).

The condo was very nice. BUT If you plan on sitting on patio or want quiet, probably avoid this one for awhile. The site originally said there was construction on the south tower and wouldn't start on North tower til end of this year and 2026. When we got there 10-1-25 construction was very active on North tower. This is a 2nd floor condo right in center, so every morning at 8am construction worker gathered, generators, pounding, grinding, stuff falling all day. Varied time to time but very few quiet times until 5. They even worked one Saturday while we were there for 2 weeks. Had to sweep patio if did use it as construction dust all over. They have updated the site after we said something but still says "some construction niose maybe heard" SOME yes but all very grating or annoying.

Perfect location and great place.

We loved the neighborhood with some great restaurants in walking distance. We enjoyed the pool and tennis court and the condo itself had everything you needed. Second floor provided a nice ocean view while also only having to climb 1 set of stairs instead of waiting for the elevator.

Great views

Great apt with a beautiful view of the gulf! Nicely furnished, clean and well maintained. This is the second time we have stayed here. I meet my sisters here to enjoy a relaxing vacation in the sun. We really love Indian Rocks Beach. Hope to see you next year.

Such a fantastic property!

We stayed at this condo while doing renovations on our home, and it was the PERFECT home away from home. The condo was updated and clean, the view and location literally could not have been better. The other people we ran into at the condo were friendly. The beach this condo sits on doesn't have public parking access so its really a bit more quite than some of the other stretches of beach north and south of this location. The beds were SO comfortable and the bedrooms were roomy and had nice updated furniture. There isn't anything bad to say about this condo, it was really perfect. The property management company was accommodating and we worked mostly with Kathy who was beyond helpful and friendly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

It was more like a senior living facility

The payment process was typical of a vacation rental and went well. We did have to be approved by the home owners board prior to our stay which is not typical. Once approved and final payment was made we received check-in instructions. To retrieve the building key we had a code to a lock box outside the building. These are not marked well, are in a dark location and are not in any kind of order so it took awhile to find ours. You must have this key any time you leave. It gets you back in the main building. The unit was spacious, clean and well furnished. It's location was wonderful. It's close to the beach, restaurants, a CVS and our favorite sandwich and ice cream shop, the Kooky Coconut. The building is clean and well kept however when it rains the elevator leaks badly. They have a nice pool and hot tub area which we used many times. The biggest problem we had was with all of the ridiculous rules and a member of the home owner board. We'll call him Bob. We should have gotten the hint when we had to be approved for our stay. The building is like staying at an assisted living facility for the elderly. Everyone there during our stay was a old. Now Im 61 so when I say old i mean old. And nosey! We saw no young people except for one young couple and we only saw them once so I assume they were visiting. Theres now outside music allowed. Not even by the pool. The rule say that you must wear headphones outside. There is no alcohol allowed at the pool area (I violated that one). You must have a cover-up over swimsuits (shirt for men) while in the building. It was like being in the movie Flashdance! We brought our EZ Up canopy for the beach and set it up the first day. We wanted to leave the frame out during the week and just lower it down and bring the canopy in each day. We stopped a sheriff and asked if it was permitted and was told it was. A few days later the city came by and told us it couldn't stay out over night. Later one of our group was stopped by Bob and was told that he had called the city and that he had pictures. Bob stopped us a lot and warned us about things. Apparently Bob checks the security cameras often. There's many security cameras. The one at the hot tub was ridiculous. I found them very intrusive. I'm on vacation not in the county lock up and if I we're, Bob would be Barney Fife. We had a very good vacation and our unit was nice. However I will not stay in this building again mainly because of Bob!

Beautiful

This was our first time back on the gulf in about 7 years and it did not disappoint. The condo was absolutely beautiful. My family enjoyed everything about it!

Beautiful

The apt is beautiful, the beach is wonderful. The only issue we had was the fact there are only 2 keys so it was hard to do individual things because you need a key to go to the beach or the pool or do anything do we had to do buddy plans. We tried the phone access to front door and that didn't work and leaving key in drop box was not adequate. But if you have a group that wants to stay together it's a great place.

Beautiful sunsets!

This condo is spacious and modernized with all the conveniences of home. Perfect location in a quiet area of the Gulf Blvd. You need only to venture a few miles either direction for the fast lane. We spent a lot of time in the condo just enjoying the atmosphere and beauty! If I could change one thing, it would be the patio furniture. A bit uncomfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

206 Reflections

The condo is awesome , well maintained and up to date. The location is steps to the beach! Would definitely recommend it! However when we arrived the half dried sheets and towels were in the clothes basket, additional bedding (pillows and spreads) were on the floor. After seeing the hair and dirt on the floors this was concerning . Long black hairs all over the master bathroom area and a huge mass of black hair in the shower drain! I have photos if you need them. Perhaps the cleaning crew needs a reminder of their duties! Since there was a hefty charge included in the rental price for cleaning this was totally unacceptable!
