Perfect spot for relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They check I /check out process was a breeze. The location is perfect and close to everything. Having the beach chair service included with the rental made the beach days a breeze! The condo was clean and perfect for a couple or a small family. We will definitely be back!

very short stay

The condo has an excellent view. Excellent pool. Just a few steps from the beach! A couple of things could be improved. The tub/shower combo caused my husband to fall and hit his head on the washer. The tub was very slippery and having to step up and out caused him to fall. Also, we were in the parking lot two hours prior to check in and called to check in early. we were told it was not ready. It was clearly ready so we paid 300 for a 4 pm check in and 10 am check out. They were already taking the beach chairs in. Also, the deck seating was very uncomfotable.

We think we have found our place!

This is absolutely the best stay. Ground level, back door opens to the pool and beach. The whole process was seamless. From beginning to end. We will absolutely go there again!

Awesome in every way!

This is our second stay at Windancer 104 and we can’t wait to come back again! The property is clean, cozy, conveniently located in the first floor. You can see the beach and the pool from the patio, 10 steps from the pool gate which is so convenient for having 3 young kids. Can’t recommend this place enough. Rental managers are also so accommodating and kind!

The condo was perfectly located on the beach, in the neighborhood, in town for stores, groceries, EVERYTHING!! Perfect getaway!

Overall good stay

We have stayed at Windancer a few times now, each time in different condos. This unit was clean, with easy first floor access. Couch could be updated along with the mattress in the main bedroom. The thermostat went out late at night, Kim with the property management was very responsive that night to try to get someone out to fix it, due to the time it was out overnight but it was returned to service mid afternoon the next day. If you are looking for a full view of the ocean you need to consider another unit at the location.

Great spot.

My wife and I loved our time here. Loved the location and condition of the property. Only one thing had me less than 5 stars - the bedroom mattress needs replacing. It’s terribly soft. I read this in another review and hoped it wouldn’t be a thing. It is. We would stay here again but please fix the mattress.
