Welcome to Good Day Sunshine! This large 2-bed, 3-bath Gulf Highlands end unit offers resort living with a cheerful, relaxed vibe. Enjoy a stocked kitchen, smart TVs, pools and mini golf steps from the patio, PLUS your own golf cart to ride to the beach or around the community! A short walk (or ride!) to the white-sand shoreline & close to Pier Park, dining, shopping, and family-friendly fun. Perfect for families, couples, or friends looking for an easy, breezy beach getaway.

Good Day Sunshine is located in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort and has space for up to 6 guests: a comfortable queen bed in each room, a sofa bed in the living room, and a futon in the Florida room. The property is located about 2-3 minutes from some of the best activities PCB has to offer - Ripley's Believe It or Not, ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island, Rock-It Lanes and much more.

Golf Cart Use Policy:
We’re happy to offer a 4-seat golf cart for your enjoyment while staying at Good Day Sunshine!

For safety and HOA compliance:

✷ Golf carts are for use within Gulf Highlands Beach Resort only
✷ Drivers must be 21+, licensed, and provide a copy of their license
✷ A golf cart agreement must be signed before use
✷ Please park only in designated spaces — not on grass, sidewalks, or patios
✷ Guests are responsible for the cart during their stay and for any damage

We appreciate your help in keeping this fun perk available for all guests!

Pet Info:
We allow up to (2) dogs for a $100 fee. Please enter the pets in your guest count - if pets are not accounted and paid for, we will send a payment request. Please do not allow pets on beds or couches. Pets must be leashed when outside the unit. No pets shall be allowed to be enclosed, caged, or tethered to any object outside any building without the person being responsible being physically present.

Pets are not allowed in common area buildings, fenced areas of swimming pools or within 20 feet of any picnic table on common areas, or recreational facilities.

Local pet ordinances do not allow pets on the public beach, however there is a dog beach/park located at Pier Park.

Pet waste must be collected immediately in an appropriate disposal bag and deposited into a green pet waste receptacle for proper disposal. Please do not dispose of pet waste in the silver garbage collection bin.

Please note that the person responsible for the pet shall be liable for all damage or injuries caused by the pet.

This unit was very clean and spacious and conveniently located near one of the many pools, which the kids loved. Completely furnished with many extras that came in handy. Will definitely plan to return and highly recommend!

Great property, close to beach, pools, mini golf , pickleball, shuffleboard this resort has it all. The property was clean, check in was easy, gated community and property owner very responsive. Will rent again.

Very pleasant stay

The house is lovely. Cozy atmosphere. Interior design and layout made us feel at home. Location is very convenient and communication with Sonnie was always smooth.

Perfect Spot!

Great location for family of 4, and pet friendly! Easy walk to beach and pool, convenient location in heart of PCB. Very clean, spacious, and has everything you need. Was so nice to not have to pack beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, or towels!!! Host was lovely, very easy to reach, and super helpful when we locked ourselves out by accident. Highly recommend!!!

We had an excellent time at Sonnie’s townhouse! We loved the location of the townhouse to the pool and mini golf which we used during our stay. There is a walk to the beach but a private entrance, so even that wasn’t too bad. We will definitely keep her in mind if we venture to Panama City Beach again in the future.

Wonderful experience!

Our family was only in PCB for a short time while our son played in a baseball tournament. We absolutely loved the location of this condo! The condo was clean and so cute! Our family felt at home during our stay! The host was AMAZING…so quick to respond to questions and absolutely accommodating!

Away from the hustle and bustle!

We enjoyed this townhouse and its location. Close to the beach and the community is very nice and quiet. it was equipped with everything you need. I suggest renting a golf cart from the community. You can pack up your stuff and head to the beach!

Pre Thanksgiving Getaway

This condo was such the perfect size, cozy clean and loaded with everything we needed!! Maybe a 10 minute walk to the beach but the weather was perfect for this easy little trek! The resort property is HUGE with pools and amenities galore! It was also a great area for my sweet pup…..most of the residents and visitors seemed to have and be animal lovers 😍. The owner, Sonnie, was so gracious and responsive! The rental price was beyond reasonable for all of the benefits!! Thank you Sonnie for a wonderful getaway before the holiday chaos!! 😉

Perfect Place

The overall property was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed for our stay. We were in town for a baseball tournament, the location was close to all the events for the tournament as well as many great restaurants. We had one minor issue during our stay that was handled quickly and effectively by the owner and maintenance crew. We truly appreciated how easy it was to work with them and got back to enjoying our vacation with no other issues. We can’t wait to get back down there again for a stay.

Close to beach walking distance.

Very quiet neighborhood. putt putt golf and pool in the back yard. ( but not heated in the winter) other pools in the complex are heated. Close to Publix and Walmart. Very convenient to everything. Would recommend a stay.

Awesome stay!

Great condo and in a great location! A few steps to the pool and mini golf and a short walk to beach! Restaurants and stores close by. Great family vacation and what topped it all off was being able to bring our dogs as well to enjoy it! Plenty of green space around to walk the dogs which was great. Very well stocked condo with everything you need from putters to beach items, etc! Only had one question while there and when I reached out I received a very fast response. Thanks for everything! If you're looking for the perfect beach location this is the place to stay. Very family oriented. Its a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to 8 restaurants. The host was very helpful and provided beach chairs, wagon & toys for our stay. After the beach our family enjoyed tennis, put-put golf & shuffle board all within the condo complex. We really enjoyed our stay. 😎

Exactly what we needed

Visiting for the PCB Ironman and this was exactly what we needed. Arrived the afternoon before and everything we would need was provided, made the decision to stay in and rest so easy. Location was perfect, close but not so close that we would get stuck in traffic. Plenty to do around the place. Gated community gives you a piece of mind, so quiet. Could not think of anything that would have made it better. We will definitely be trying to stay here again next year. Thank you!

Great stay!!!

Our host was most welcoming. She was quick to respond to my emails. I thank hier for that. What about places: wow! Everything was there, nothing was missing. The beach is very close at 7 minutes walk in a very quiet area. The neighbors are very nice. Oh yes! Just behind the house we have access to the swimming pool. Finally, the beds were very comfortable. don't miss this opportunity. Thank you Sonnie 😃

Birthday Vacation

The owner was extremely nice and accommodating! When we arrived there was a note, bottle of wine , a bag and a postcard waiting for us. This really brought a smile to our face and was a great 1st impression, especially after a 7 hour drive. The neighborhood was amazing! Overall an amazing experience, the only downside was trying to access the beach, if you don’t mind a little walk or paying a fee at one of the local parking lots, than this is a great place for you. There’s also a wagon and chairs already provided by the owner which was extremely convenient. I would definitely stay again but I would look into renting a golf cart to better access the beach.

Gulf Highlands is a gem! The community includes so many fun activities (11 pools - 1 beachfront!, mini golf, shuffleboard, tennis, pickleball, etc) and is in the heart of PCB, yet it is incredibly quiet and peaceful.

I’ve made sure to stock it so that my guests don’t have to travel with anything but clothes and a toothbrush for their vacation! Whether you’re traveling with an infant and need a pack n play, hosting your family and need a crockpot for an easy meal, or desire to play corn hole on the beach, I’ve got you covered! I am also available 24/7 to help with any questions my guests have.
