Adorable, newly renovated two bedroom two bath ranch in one of Richmond’s most desired neighborhoods! The newly renovated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a full pantry, and eat in kitchen dining area with a window looking out to the back yard. Cozy living room with comfortable seating, TV, radio & bluetooth speaker, books & games. The laundry room has a convenient folding station, iron & ironing board. The screened porch is perfect for entertaining and overlooks a large landscaped lawn. The second bedroom is spacious; located across from the newly renovated full hall bathroom. The large master suite has a vaulted ceiling, walk in closet with a window, en-suite with a spacious walk in tile shower, window and heat fan. Enjoy the convenient location to U of R, the shops at Libbie and Grove, the Village Shopping Center, Bandy Field Nature Park and Interstates 64 and 95.

The location was perfect - a cute neighborhood close to U of R. I was able to walk for groceries and quick pickup of meals. The house was so cute, very comfortable and nicely decorated. The host was responsive and helpful and I would definitely stay there again!

Great house with everything we needed, then some. There are not a lot of properties in this area of Richmond and this couldn't have been better. The host was very communicative and went above and beyond to make our weekend perfect.

Great location at a great house

The house was great, exactly what we expected. Exactly as advertised. We hope to rent this house again as the location was perfect for the things we wanted to do. It was extremely clean. Only additional items we would wish for would be a toaster and a large teapot ( there is a small 2 cup pot).

Perfect in every way!

This house was awesome! It was super clean and the host was friendly and super available to answer questions. The house was stocked with everything we could need and in the best location for our stay in Richmond. Highly recommend!

Great stay

Property was very clean with good towels, linens, dishes. The neighborhood was very comfortable as was this property. I would not hesitate to rent this house the next time we are in Richmond.

Weekend with Family

Wonderful 2 bed rood & 2 bath home with plenty of room to spend time with family cooking, eating & playing games. Nice quiet neighborhood conviently located near downtown Richmond and many other spots in the area.. Space to spend time inside or out enjoying vacation time. Would recommend to anyone visiting this area.

Great bungalow and perfect location

I stayed at Three Chopt to be close to the University of Richmond's campus, the location was perfect (5 minute drive). The bungalow was extremely clean and cozy with an updated kitchen that had everything one would need to cook. I did not spend a lot if time on the screened back porch, but it was very nice and provided a relaxing place to read or take a nap. The bonus was an awesome master bathroom and a very attentive host who made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I will definitely stay at Three Chopt during my next trip to RVA!
