Nice house with cool layout in a great location. Property is very well manicured with a nice heated pool (community, but not many people used it). Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in this area.

Host welcomed us right away & initially was very quick to respond to our inquiries. However, midway through our stay we had many issues with the condo: ceiling fan stopped working, cook stove top was difficult to use because burner labels were worn off, microwave light didn't work, lower rack in dishwasher is broken, and overall the cabinets throughout the condo are very worn out that we had to open/shut them very carefully as to not break them.

Well Not perfect the place was nice View was nice Couple small malfunctions that where taken care of the very next day I would say if you want a nice relaxing time great location I would suggest that they have hand soap for the bathrooms That was very unexpected They did let us check in early very nice we did get to the island at noon Early check in was great over all 4 out of 5 The stay here was very good having two bathrooms is very helpful I wake up a hour or two before my wife so that is great advantage The condo was very clean You shouldn’t be disappointed Both pools are clean very well maintained Again I would come back

Majestic beauty and peacefulness

We were so pleased with our stay here. The location is wonderfully located outside of the craziness of Lahaina and Kaanapali but close enough to travel out every day and enjoy a multitude of beaches. The accommodations were perfect with the second bathroom and the large square footage. We so enjoyed the pool area and the ease of walking down the street to a marvelous walking path and beach. Would definitely book this property again!

Excellent property and location!

The property was outstanding and went way beyond our expectations for location and amenities. Access to some of the best beaches on the island for snorkeling was a bonus we were not expecting. The unit itself was spotless and absolutely as described. We loved the beautiful view from our porch, dedicated parking spot, air conditioning, and a W/D in the unit. We cannot wait to come back and stay again.

A Great Experience with KBM

Everything about our stay at the Ridge Villas in Kapalua was first rate. Our villa was impeccably clean and well-appointed, down to the Occitane soaps and shampoos! Emails and information from the KBM management team were timely and provided contact info in case of need. Much appreciated to know help was an email away. We enjoyed the pool area within the complex and loved the proximity of scenic shore walks and accessible hiking trails and drives. Beautiful vistas from our deck overlooking the ocean and the Bay Golf Course. The included car rental was a great bonus to our stay. Thank you KBM for a wonderful holiday experience.

Quiet & comfortable 1BR condo, pretty view

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is lovely and comfortable, and the furnishings were very nice. Appliances all seemed nice and newer, only issue was the dishwasher wasn't latching (still ran) but the property manager had a repair team out quickly to check it and order a part -- no doubt it's been repaired already. The view from the deck over the course, up the mountain and down to the ocean is quite lovely. Kitchen could have used a few more things to make cooking easier, some spices, potholders, baggies, storage containers, etc., but we made it work. There's a general store pretty close, and a more conventional market maybe 5 minutes drive away. Walk down to the beach is quite manageable, maybe 6-7 minutes max, and another, larger beach w/ guards on the other side of the ritz. All in all, a great place for a quiet escape to Maui, and more pleasant than being packed in somewhere in Kanaapali.

Magical Location, Location, Location!!

Our vacation for four (two couples) was absolutely incredible! This spacious condo provided plenty of room to relax and unwind. The master bedroom featured a stunning en-suite bathroom, while the living room had a large, incredibly comfortable pullout couch and a second full bathroom with a shower and laundry. Plenty of privacy for each couple! The well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed to prepare gourmet meals—which we did daily! The large, shaded balcony was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and evening dinners, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and coastline. Each morning, we couldn't wait to wake up and watch the sunrise, listening to the birds chirping, the waves crashing, and feeling the cool ocean breeze. It was truly magical—like stepping into a painting! The property itself was just as impressive, with a fantastic pool area, a large covered space for dining, relaxing, or working, and top-quality gas grills. We also loved the lending library, which had a great selection of books for poolside reading. The Kapalua Walking Trail, one of the best walks in all of Maui, was just a short stroll away. Nearby, Ironwood Beach was stunningly beautiful and wonderfully secluded. Plus, the Ritz-Carlton and Montage were within walking distance, offering great restaurants and shops. Every moment of this trip was worth it—an unforgettable experience in paradise!
