Every inch of this home has been curated by the host with quality artwork, furnishings and house plants. The space is calming, relaxing and large enough for families. There is a farm store with eggs, ghee, maple syrup, honey, artwork and herbal products. If you come during the summer our neighbor next door has a farm stand loaded with fresh veggies. We love this home so much and hope you will, too!
Hannah, the home owner, operates a small herbal company, Sweet Birch Herbals on the ground level and there are many gardens outside. She will give you plenty of space during your stay, but please note that Sundays are when she teaches outdoor classes on the lawn from 9-4.
During the week (Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays) she is on site in the gardens and basement tending to her herbal company from 9-5 with her assistants.
Please do not enter her apothecary on the ground level unless you're invited with her.
Washer/dryer available by request for guests staying more than 3 nights. Contact your host to request access.
If you are bringing dogs, please do not leave them at the house without crating. If they tend to bark when left unattended in a new place, we'd prefer you take them with you as this can be really stressful for the dog and our office in the basement.
