Welcome to Oliver's Landing!! Our gorgeous cottage home is located in North Shore Chattanooga walking distance to the famous Walnut Street Walking bridge, Coolidge Park and Downtown! This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home comfortably sleeps 8 people and boasts all new stylish modern decor throughout. The game room downstairs is equipped with an additional living rom space and shuffle board table! Experience Chattanooga in our lovely Olivers Landing home!

This is a beautiful house! The bedrooms are roomy and there is plenty of space to spread out. Though we didn't use the kitchen much (there are so many great places to eat around the area) it was well supplied with whatever you would need to cook a meal. It is close to everything which was so convenient. We walked over to Coolege Park and our grandkids were able to ride the carousel several times. All around, it is a great place to stay!

Perfect location

We enjoyed being in downtown so close to restaurants and the river. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. Had a perfect getaway with my husband, our daughters and my parents.

Home base in Chattanooga

My family enjoyed our stay in 610 Oliver for the grandsons' spring break. It was easy to access all we eanted to see and do. The house was a great size for our group of six. The boys loved the basement bonus room.

Great property and close to downtown

We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from UTC and had a family luncheon catered in. It was a wonderful property and allowed all of us to visit instead of going to a busy restaurant and be rushed. We would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful home

This was our Girl Scout troop's final trip before they graduate next month. We enjoyed the ease of making breakfast in the morning. The girls played games around the coffee table. Bathrooms were beautiful. We had a wonderful trip.

Wonderful stay while in town for our sons baseball tournament. The property was just like the photos and had everything we needed. It was SO clean. The kids loved having the game room in the basement & a TV in every bedroom was awesome. At first, I was unsure with a few of the nearby homes looking unkept but it was peaceful and the neighbors were nice. It's super close to everything you could ever need. We had groceries & food delivered. Was AMAZING. The communication was fantastic and the host is very attentive. Will stay here again.

Pleasant family stay

Had some slight difficulty during check in process but the Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Ended up being a really fun time for my family. Would stay there again.

Great Base for Exploring the City

This was a great house for us to explore the Aquarium, the parks, north shore, and downtown. With little kids we only made the mistake of walking all the way down the hill and back once, but wouldn't have been bad with bigger kids all walking on their own. The owners were great communicators and give us clear instructions to get in and check out. They even were accommodating when we had trouble with the VRBO payment system. The place was clean and comfortable, exactly what we expected. We'd stay here again.

Fun stay on Oliver Street

Loved everything about our stay. Very comfortable and rec room in the basement was an added bonus. Great location. Only issue was that batteries need to be replaced in Master bedroom fan and tv remotes. Would definitely rent again - thanks for all the care you take of your place!
