Hey y'all! This is Tyler and Lauren. We split our time between Nashville and Chattanooga and absolutely love to travel and explore new places. With 10+ years combined in the hospitality industry, we obsess over the little details that contribute to a positive guest experience.
In our free time, you can usually find us playing with our dogs Tucker & Callie, enjoying live (country) music, or finding vibey new restaurants and speakeasies! We are expecting our first baby in October 2024 and couldn't be more excited to grow our family!

As nature lovers, the first thing we noticed was the proximity to Lookout Mountain. With two balconies and a patio on the first floor, we were excited about the outdoor living space with views of the mountain. We also quickly fell in love with the local restaurants. Boccaccia, Hello Monty, 1885, and Company Chattanooga are a few of our favorites. All within 5 minutes from the house! Also, the developing Riverwalk area was a huge draw for us - including the new Chattanooga Lookouts baseball stadium and a shopping/restaurant district, all within walking distance from the house!

We hand-picked all the furniture from local stores and refurbished/repainted a majority of it on our own as we got our home ready to list! With over 10 years of hospitality experience, we know how important the little details are. Light and airy with mid-century-modern vibes, we put a lot of thought into the design of our home. Even down to the painted designs on the walls, we put our heart into creating a comfortable and cozy space that feels like home.
Aside from the interior, we love (and receive the most comments on) the central location of the property! During your stay, you most likely won't need to drive for over 10 minutes to get anywhere you need to go. Want to enjoy the nature? Easily access the Riverwalk trail just a couple blocks from the house. Craving a cocktail or cup of coffee? Just a 5 minute drive to some of the best bars/restaurants Downtown Chattanooga has to offer!
