Welcome to your dog-friendly OB cottage—perfect for a relaxing beach getaway just minutes from it all. Located on a quiet street with easy parking, you’ll be a short walk to the famous off-leash Dog Beach, plus shops, grocery stores, and great dining.

The fully fenced yard is ideal for pups to play safely while you unwind on the front porch or enjoy outdoor seating with friends. After a day at the beach, fire up the gas grill or relax inside with YouTube TV and your favorite apps.

Sleep comfortably with a new queen bed, full bed with twin trundle, and a fold-down couch for additional guests. The home is thoughtfully set up for a comfortable stay with A/C, fast WiFi, laundry, and a dishwasher.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, and a new indoor dining table provides a great space to gather. Beach chairs and towels are included for easy days by the ocean.

Perfect for couples, families, business travelers, and dog owners looking for a clean, comfortable, and stress-free stay. Just a 5-minute drive to SeaWorld and about 10 minutes to the San Diego Zoo.

As an owner-operated home, you can expect responsive communication and a stay that’s well cared for from start to finish—reflected in our reviews.

Pet fee is $125 per dog (max 2 dogs). Please reach out in advance for larger dogs or if bringing two.

Dog friendly fun!

Great little place to stay with a dog. Short walk to many activities including the dog beach. Our family had a lot of fun!

Excellent location

This property was perfect for our family, including our dogs! The location was great, close enough to walk to the beach, coffee shops, grocery store, restaurants and more! The amenities provided made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We especially loved the bikes provided to cruise around the neighborhood. The yard was totally enclosed, making it perfect for our dogs to enjoy the yard, and an inviting space to relax.

This could but have been a more perfect house to rent with my family and 2 dogs. The home had a gated front and back yard which was perfect for the dogs. The back yard was a perfect place to relax with family during the day and in the evening. The location couldn’t be better. Just a 15 min walk to the beach and a 10 min drive to downtown SD. Charles, the host was excellent in the communication. Always quick responses. I will definitely rent this home again when I come back down to San Diego!

Really Enjoyed Our Stay!

The house was really cozy and comfortable and we loved the enclosed yard, which was wonderful for the dogs and our toddler. Great location, not too far from the beach and shops. There were 3 bikes too that we could use. Having a private parking spot was a huge plus so we never had to worry about finding a spot on the street if we got back too late. The house is on a flight path and the planes start very early in the morning but the noise didn't bother us too much.

I live with my beautiful girlfriend and two dogs, Jackson and Ollie! We love it here and are happy to call San Diego home!

We have self managed a few properties in San Diego, and our focus is to make sure your guests have an exceptional experience when staying with us. We live in the area, and available to meet any of your needs during stay.

We love this home! We have stayed there when unrented before with the dogs. It is just a such a fun location and home. The backyard is amazing to enjoy at sunset. We love how cozy the home is. It is small but has everything you need. OB is such a fun location, the vibe is so unique. If you haven't been, you will feel it shortly after arriving.

Street is kind of narrow, so very few cars use it to get from point A to B, so it is very quiet. While there is parking in the back, I always park on street right in front of property. Walking to beach and restaurants is always fun on vacation for me, get the full sense of the neighborhood and the people.
