Nice and clean. Close to where we needed. Only thing was i had to pay a resort fee when i arrived that wasnt mentioned before. It wasnt much but wouldve liked to know.

Great stay in thr condo, with excellent pool and arcade amenities. Plenty of delicious food options nearby, suiting everyone’s desires. The house was clean, well maintained, and comfortable overall, though the beds were quite firm and the back door lacked a blind. Still, a very enjoyable visit.

Was perfect for our family of 8, 7 adults and 1 child! It was a grandparents and parents, aunt, and child vacation. The house was the perfect distance from Disney - far enough away from the traffic but close enough to be a quick 25 minute drive. Resort is next to a shopping center that was very walkable when needed, with more shopping centers within a 5 minute drive. Resort staff was nice and accommodating, and host was friendly and had quick responses. There was a few holes or places needing minor repairs, but it did not deter from the house or our stay. House was clean and set up nicely, lots of towels and sheets, plus your basic comfort items.

Our stay was wonderful! Alex kept me informed of any changes and the place was immaculate! The resort pool was also incredible. Definitely the best experience we have ever had!!

Lovely spacious accommodation in a great resort.

Overall OK. A good 20 mins from Disney, not bad at all. Lacked privacy! There was no blind for the living room patio doors which was a NO GO. Couldn't really enjoy sitting downstairs w/o feeling like we were watched. There were surprise resort fees that werent mentioned, which were 20 a night, very much didn't appreciate that. Close to stores in case things are needed.(Walmart/grocery)

First blended family vacation

My bf and I took our kids on our first blended vacation. We spend 3 days at universal, visited my bf's dad in melborne and enjoyed the lazy river.

Amazing, beautiful home

We had a beautiful stay! Alex was very quick with answering all my questions. The house was lovely. The pool/ lazy river was amazing to have anytime from 8 A.M -11PM. It was so much fun especially the slide!! The overall experience was wonderful. 10/10 hope to come again! Also even better... there was neighbors with dogs that loved to get pet!!!!

Quick getaway

We had a good time at this venue. The proximity to food and the Publix was great! The spot was not far from Disney so we had a quick trip to Animal Kingdom and back. The instructions were easy to follow and the owner was responsive.

Wonderful!

The unit is exactly like the pictures. Only difference is bed sizes. There is 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 doubles. Wasn’t an issue for our group. Property was very clean, and checking in at Regal Palms was a breeze. Didn’t have any issues. Thank you for a great property, and a great stay!

Spacious and Close to Parks!

The space was spacious and clean, accommodated all of our guests comfortably. The resort is very nice, fun arcade room, wonderful lazy river, nice pools and jacuzzis. But renters be advised - the resort charges an additional per person fee on top of your VRBO rental rate - which came out to an additional $80 for our party. Be sure to pack your own water tube and/or children's floatation vests as all of that is not included and on sale at their gift shop. You may also want to pack your own pillow if you are a sensitive sleeper. Other than that, the accommodations were great and close enough to all of the parks. There is a Publix nearby and restaurants so everything was very convenient.
