Ground floor, pet friendly unit in the Casa Blanca, Sandy Beach area. The eighteen-hole putting golf course is outside your back door. Enjoy one of the three Resort’s pools on the edge of the beach or just sit back and relax on the condo’s spacious patio with a wonderful view of the town and Sea of Cortez. A new restaurant and a 4th pool will be open by June 1. Condo has a comfortable layout and is nicely decorated and equipped for a perfect stay. Perfect for up to 8 guests.

Casa Blanca is a gated community with an eighteen-hole putting course where you can enjoy a round of miniature golf with the family surrounded by pathways, bridges and ponds, there are three swimming pools, one of them alongside the beach overlooking the Sea of Cortez, gas and charcoal grills in resort picnic areas under palapas with tables, guards on duty 24/7, large parking lot only steps to the front door of the condo and only a short walk through resort to uncrowded beach with palapas and palm trees.

Unwind in any of our 4 sparkling pools, including a stunning oceanfront option. Enjoy our complimentary 18-hole putting course, exercise trail, scenic BBQ and picnic areas, and beach volleyball. Take in the public beach from our iconic palapas under the palms.
Early check-in (standard is 3:00 PM) depends on availability. It’s free starting at 2:00 PM. Earlier arrivals require a fee for rush cleaning:

1:00 PM Arrival: $40

All renters and guests must wear Resort wristbands at all times during their stay.
The maximum occupancy for this unit is 8 guests and is limited to the number of persons in the confirmed reservation.
You must report any damages to the Host no later than departure.
Quiet time is from 11 PM until 10 AM. Pools are open from 10 AM to 10 PM.
Removal of occupants for cause by the owner, Host or the HOA will NOT receive a refund of unused rental, cleaning fee.
Maximum three vehicles per condominium, including cars, trucks, ATV, trailers, cars must display sticker or rental pass.
Please book your reservation with the total number of guests staying in condo as there is a fee per person to cover wristband expense.
The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age.
No towels or clothing is to be hung on the patio railing.
Do not use the elevator when wet.
Glass objects are not allowed in the pool or golf course area.
BBQ areas are to be shared, cleaned after use, and propane tanks turned off after use. No charcoal grills are allowed on the patios.
Trash must be taken to garbage containers.
Music is to be heard only in the immediate area and is not to disturb other persons. All directions from security staff or HOA Mgmt. must be followed.
Dog litter must be picked up, doggy bags are placed throughout the walkway and must have a leash at all times.
CB Golf Villas are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or personal injuries.
In Golf Course only “putter” should be used and children must be accompanied by adults.

Allowing pets are at the discretion of the owner. A non-refundable fee of $40 will be charged for each pet. Pets will have a bracelet attached to the collar or leash. There can be a maximum of two pets. Pets are never allowed in the pool or golf course area. Pets must be on a leash when walking on the resort property and you must pick up droppings. Pets are not allowed on the condo furniture. They cannot be left unattended on the patio. Please control barking so it will not disturb other persons. We are pet owners and lovers and ask you to respect our home as you would want us to do for you.
