Two bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, the other with two single beds. Yard, fire pit and off street parking. Directly across the street from the Back Beach, 5 minute walk to downtown Rockport, and the Shalin Liu performing arts center, galleries and coffee shops.

Every Sunday in the summer the town band gives a concert at the bandstand in front of the house in the evening. You can hear the music and see the performance from the house and yard and makes for a wonderful evening. This takes place 1-2 nights a week in June, July and Aug.
