Centrally located in Chandler with completely private entrance, full size kitchen, full sized washer and dryer, private back patio with seating and BBQ grill! Kick back and relax in this adorable guest house perfect for 1-2 guest!

(The casita is off the back of our second garage for full privacy and our main house is attached to our primary garage.)

Perfect for our needs

We basically just needed a place to sleep and shower. We were there for a wedding and were busy with wedding stuff most of the time. The place was comfortable and clean. The owner was very easy to get a hold of. We would stay there again.

Great place for a short stay

The casita was well appointed very clean and perfect for a quick trip. Also nice that there is a parking space if you did have a vehicle with you. Overall a great place for a short stay!

Cute and Quiet Casita

Clean and quiet, a perfect little place to retreat to while I was in Chandler for a comedy festival. If you’re a walker, there’s an excellent coffee place that’s a nice 10 minute walk. Having the washer and dryer was a life saver. 10 outta 10!

Great Place to Stay

Host was helpful and accommodating. The place was clean and inviting and provided privacy. Nice area to stay with lots to do. Easy check in and out processes. Would definitely stay again!

Our review above says it all. Great stay! One small ask though-perhaps add a non-slip bathmat to the bathtub. When you're over 50, this is a thing. :)

Casita was clean, quiet, and as advertised. No complaints, but it would be nice if the walkway to the back was paved and if the casita key was on a key ring. I would rent again,

Loved it

Thank you so much for letting my son and I stay on your property! It was a cute little space. I think for how lovely everything was (appliances, cabinet finishes, counter, etc), the pillows and towels weren’t of the same caliber. I’m not picky and it was totally fine for me, I just worked at a hotel for years and wanted to give you honest feedback for others as well 😊 Take care!

Property is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Clean and cozy. Would have liked the shower head lower so I could reach it as I am very short. Also would have liked the shower hot water a tad warmer (but that's just me). I felt safe and secure since I was unfamiliar with the area.

Not what I expected

Did not have Wi-Fi access. Quarters were in the back of a garage - may want to let people know that to set expectations. They had done a good job of creating the space inside but the area was a bit of a construction zone outside when I arrived. Suggest - grab bar in bathtub, chair to sit at table in kitchen, eliminate the overpowering room “freshener”. Could benefit from upgrading the linens (Dollar Store quality is below expectations)

Perfect lodging for my purposes. Very clean, quiet and safe. The washer and dryer were a big plus. The hosts were extremely pleasant and responsive to any issues that I had which were few. The dedicated parking spot was very convenient and close to the casita.
