What guest love about this area is its quite neighborhood, and its proximity to all transportation arteries. My favorite thing in walking distance are the pocket parks for small picnics and the Emeryville Marina for something spicy. Bring a jacket. This is a vintage property that has been remolded. I did all the upgrades myself when I assumed responsibility for my Grandmothers home. I love being here and sharing the space with others. It is a home away from home
