Welcome to your downtown oasis! This quaint 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom home is in Old Town Fort Collins and is the perfect home base for discovering the local treasures and treats. Easily walk to hundreds of nearby shops/restaurants, explore the CSU campus or enjoy the local parks and natural areas…. Then head home for a relaxing evening in your downtown abode. You will love the split bedroom layout, delightful living area and backyard with private hot tub!

This home features: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Twin-over-Full Bunk Bed | Plus Twin Futon | Sleeps 5

OUTDOOR LIVING: Backyard with a private hot tub, BBQ grill and picnic area. Easy access to Old Town and the Poudre River Trail with our complimentary bicycles!

INDOOR LIVING: 50” Smart TV in living room, dining table with seating for 4, board games, children's books, laptop-friendly workspace

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo which is shared by the two bedrooms. We include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/ironing board and cleaning essentials.

FAQ: Steps required to access property, bedroom and bathroom on first floor.

PARKING: There is one dedicated parking space on the side of the home. Street parking is heavily regulated.

Wonderful home in Fort Collins! We loved the bikes and hot tub and walked to so many restaurants and shops. Clean, had everything we needed. Coffee provided was a bonus!Minor repair was addressed the very same day. We hope to return!

This home is in a great location. Close to CSU and old town. The hot tub was a great perk. It was just okay when it came to cleanliness and comfort. The bathroom is very small and needs to be deep cleaned and the doorway is very short. My husband and son hit their heads on the doorway.

Great location!

This house had everything we needed and was the perfect place to stay while moving our daughter to CSU. So close to campus and old town - the location really can’t be beat.

This was the perfect stay for my family while we visited our CSU student this summer. Perfect location, loved the bikes and the bed were very comfy!

This little house was perfect for our needs. We had a great stay. The house was clean and nicely maintained. The beds were very comfortable so always got a good nights sleep. We were able to walk most places from the great location. We definitely hope to stay there again.

Great Location

We loved the Old Town neighborhood and proximity to everything. The house had what we needed and we especially enjoyed sitting in the enclosed front porch. The backyard had good seating areas and the hot tub was a good addition after a long day exploring.

Just right for our small family!

This was the perfect place for our little family of 3. The pictures were accurate and the hot tub was an added bonus to have after long days of hiking. The location was a HUGE perk. Very walkable to Old Town, grocery stores and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again when we are in Fort Collins.

Great location

Lots of things to do around town. The house was very well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. The hot tub was running and hot when we checked in.

A FOCO great time!

Our family of four came for a short visit to see an old friend in town. We enjoyed fishing on the Pudre, lunch at Avogadro’s, a tour of New Belgium Brewing and dinner in Old Town. A perfect little house with access to everything.

Great location!

The location is wonderful, close to a lot of shops. The one thing I didn’t realized when booking is that the AC are window units only, not central air. Our trip was in the height of summer so we were definitely warm, but other than that, perfect house!

Just lovely

This home is well appointed and very comfortable. My daughter and I had a wonderful time enjoying the home and the hot tub just on the side of the house. The neighborhood has wonderful atmosphere and it’s extremely close and walkable to old town, just as promised. We hope to do it again sometime soon!

Nice stay

cute place. was disappointed that the back yard was basically a work in progress and the hammock station was unavailable. However, the location was nice. Walking distance to downtown. The neighborhood was quiet.

Small but mighty

Two adults, a thirteen year old, and a seventeen year old for 4 nights on Spring Break. Everyone got a bed, we were able to fit in the hot tub together and sharing one bath worked out fine. The night it was hot we used the fan. We ate our meals out but had a fridge for leftovers and a coffee machine. The generous front porch with twinkly lights was perfect for game night. We had one spot for our car and could walk everything we had planned except Horsetooth Res and a day trip to Estes Park.
