On the beach and steps to the ocean, this modern and luxurious villa showcases two large primary suites, a saltwater lap and wading pool, a relaxing and open-air common area and inner courtyard, and a large and beautiful gourmet kitchen. Four suites total each with their own private terraces and bathrooms with indoor/outdoor showers. Daily housekeeping and concierge are included so you can simply relax and enjoy the tropical gardens with monkeys and iguanas that like to visit. The central location is a short stroll to the ocean, delicious restaurants, and grocery stores.

It all started years ago, walking down a dirt road in a town off the beaten track known for great surf and yoga. After spending a year here so many years ago, and returning nearly every year to see old friends from the town, we found ourselves building a home which we now call CasaMAR.

CasaMAR is a modern residence on the beach and steps to the ocean. Showcasing a relaxing and open-air common area and inner courtyard with a saltwater lap and wading pool, large gourmet kitchen, four bedrooms each with private terraces and bathrooms with indoor/outdoor showers. Tropical gardens with monkeys and iguanas that like to visit complete the scene. The central location is a short stroll to the ocean, delicious restaurants, and grocery stores. Daily housekeeping and concierge included.
