Kim's house was great in every way we will be back for sure had everything to cook a meal comfy bed and nice tv to whatch the game.

Perfect stay!

The first thing I noticed about the home is how CLEAN everything was. The house was so cozy and just perfect for my family of 5. Communication with the host was great and she made sure we had everything we needed before we arrived. We will absolutely stay here again when we are in Cape Coral!

Loved this place!

The owner was always available if we had to contact her, directions were easy along with checking in. The house was clean and decorated very nice. We felt very comfortable and would recommend this home. It sits behind the Sam's Club but it was very quiet and near all kinds of restaurants and grocery stores, etc.

great house in a quiet neighbourhood

We are very satisfied with the house, the cleanliness and the communication with the landlord. Shopping facilities are very close. We would love to come back.

Great 2 Weeks

This house has everything would could ask for. It was clean, bed VERY comfortable, great location. Added bonus/ having a garage to park in. Communication with the owner was excellent; Hoping it will be available same time, next year!

Above and beyond

We stayed here with our kids during their spring break and I have to say, this was our best experience ever with renting an entire home! The home was wonderful, clean, the location was perfect, everything you could ever need nearby, the host was so great to work with, responsive, generous, informative, the home was well stocked with every amenity you could need. With this rental, you aren’t renting a glorified hotel room, you are getting to stay at a true place that feels like home. I would stay here again and again if given the opportunity! Thanks again so much Kim for such a great experience!
