Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the deck while taking in the serene lake views, then fire up the private gas grill for a barbecue lunch. After a day spent swimming or boating, unwind back at home with a soothing soak in the private hot tub.

Inside, the open-concept living space greets you with a warm and inviting ambiance. For indoor fun, one of the bedrooms features an air hockey table, while the living area offers cable TV and stunning lake views as a backdrop. The modern kitchen has all the essentials to whip up delicious meals, and the spacious dining room table nearby is perfect for gathering everyone to share stories and favorite moments from the day.

THINGS TO KNOW
While this home offers direct lake access, the private dock is across the street.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Dock details: Guests have access to the private 14-foot, split type A dock across the street from the house. The water depth is three and a half feet and no vessel may exceed 26 feet in length, except pontoon boats which may not exceed 30 feet. Ropes and other equipment is not provided, and boats should not be tied on the skinny side of the dock. Swimming is allowed. Type A dock with 2 boat slips and 2 jet ski slips available for guest use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Upon arrival I spent 2 hours sweeping away the cobwebs from the patio and cleaning the tables and chairs so we had somewhere to sit outside because the outside couch furniture was molded! The electric fire pit table did not work and there was no hose for the outside. I called customer service to send someone with a hose and to check the firepit and after 24 hours no one arrived! I then had to call back because the next morning we had no hot water in any of the showers.... Again we waited an additional 24 hours and no one arrived to fix anything! The inside of the house was also covered with cobwebs in every corner and window seal! The balcony was the same so we couldn't sit on it. Every night the cobwebs just reappeared. It's obvious this house needs an exterminator!The kitchen trash had old s'mores left in the bottom of the can from the previous guests and there were at least 2 holes in the walls going up the steps.The all the walls and bathrooms had stains on them from other guests killing bugs and smearing the remains on the walls.In addition the steps to the dock were broken and covered in weeds and poison ivy! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE!

This house is in a great location and close to everything. We enjoyed the hot tub and the view and there was plenty of space for everyone.This home would greatly benefit from some refreshed paint and patching on the walls, as well as routine pest management. There was a large hole in the wall next to the stairwell and one behind the dining room table that had not been disclosed, as well as mismatched touch up paint. We took pictures and videos of everything because we were afraid we would be blamed. I am not sure what type of cleaning is done in between guests, but there were cobwebs all over the place (windows, corners, ceiling, etc.). With cobwebs comes spiders, a lot of them. We killed so many we lost count. There were ants on the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom, earwigs in the couch, and a very, very large wasp nest in one of the eaves. One of us was bitten by an ant while sleeping in the upstairs bedroom on the left. Being this close to the lake I understand pests are part of it, but it appears this home needs some type of pest management in place and a more robust cleaning. Outside there was a lot of firework debris in the driveway/parking area, as well as multiple fake fingernails. The steps down to the dock are majorly overgrown (weeds up to your knees) and very unsafe with large holes that are hard to see because of the overgrowth.

Convenient large house with fake advertising

We got in at 5pm on Fri. Could not access the unit. Called because the door lock was terrible. Took me over ten min after a 7.5 hour drive to get in, and I was almost late to my game. The property manager came over and also admitted that the lock is problematic and he has been asking for a long time for it to be changed out. Sounds like Vacasa is negligible and doesn’t care about the experience provided. I played lacrosse games all day Sat and expected to use the hot tub in the afternoon and also my husband tried to use it Sat aternoon and couldn’t. I called on my way back to the house and was told the key was there which it wasn’t. They said ok we will send someone. By the time we got back from dinner with our two young kids, there was no time to use it. We checked out sun morning. Managers at vacasa, not vrbo, claimed we had the “majority of our stay to use it” When it was literally few hours on the last night? False advertising. Also the property is on a super busy road that you can hear traffic all the time even at night. I suggest bringing earplugs and expecting not to use the hot tub or go in the lake. The lake was pretty, and right there but the dock has no railings and moves quite a bit. There’s not much space to fish or access the lake unless you have a boat. The house was beautiful and had a lot of rooms. When I booked through vrbo I thought I would be able to talk to someone but vacasa is a large co and it’s a new person every time with canned responses.

Somewhat honest…

We booked this property during a lacrosse tournament I played in. I brought my family and we wanted a hot tub to relax in. Upon checking in, the code was not working. The door lock is probably most convoluted door I’ve ever used. The instructions were not clear. I had to call vrbo/vacasa to ask how to get in. They were of no help, so I kept trying and turning the knob, dead bolt and punching a super long code all at the same time until magically 10 min later it worked. During the day on the 2nd of 3 days, we tried the hot tub key to the locked cover and it did not work. I called the management company on my way back from my 2nd lacrosse game of the day. They said they would send someone out. While we were all out for the next game and dinner someone brought the correct key. We didn’t get to use the hot tub. I was not offered a discount or refund. This is false advertising. Overall the house was great, lots of rooms and beds, and fun spaces. The two lock issues were a real drag though. The house is on a super busy road, not easy to relax outside. The inside was nice but sitting on the porch you hear traffic and feel like you are on the highway.

Not What Is Advertised

Exterior was not kept-cobwebs, leaves and debris everywhere. Steps (if you want to call them steps) to access dock were scary, especially with young children. Gas fire pit didn't work. Couldn't lock house for 2.5 days - we arrived on Saturday and Vacasa didn't repair lock until Monday. (2) TVs didn't work and when Vacasa came out to check, they said they couldn't do anything.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home, lots of amenities, lots of room for many people. Four couples stayed with three children, and we had plenty of room. We used the dock for our boat and it was just a quick run across the highway. Beautiful location, would stay again

The house was perfect for our two families of 6 kids and 4 adults. We loved the location and easy access to the dock. We rented a boat for a day and loved being able to come back and forth with our dock for meals. The location is great with an easy drive to stores and the beach. Hot tub was a hit for all!

Short weekend

Nice spot. A little loud with the highway and would have liked to have been able to use hottub but it didnt look clean. Otherwise great spot, super convenient for popping around the lake area.

Other than a hell of a lot of mosquitos being inside the home everything else was perfect after about an hour or 2 they were gone or maybe after a few drinks but I will be booking again the home was amazing

Wonderful Weekend

we came here for a girls weekend! The house was wonderful and accommodated all of us easily with room to spare. Some suggestions would be to replace the burnt out lightbulbs, add a few more mirrors in the bedrooms, and have a few extra amenities like extra blankets and pillows. The house was clean and welcoming. I would definitely stay at this home again.

Nice home but needs maintenance attention by the property management company

The property was nice but it should have been noted in the description that the dock is located across the street on a VERY busy road. It did show across the street but no comment about how busy that road is. I had asked several times via the message option on VRBO if there was room to park boat trailers on the property and I never received an answer. Luckily we rented space at the State Park near the launch for our trailers because there was no way trailers would fit on the property. There were several other issues we had while staying there: the upstairs master bathroom light above the shower wouldn't stop flickering, there were several bulbs blown out (I asked where they were to change them myself and was told either in the utility closet or the laundry area. They were not in the laundry area and the utility closets were locked), there was a fishing lure with a hook in the shag carpet under the dining room table, there was what could only be described as a sink hole in the upstairs master bedroom (if someone was to put their full weight on it they would have ended up in the downstairs master bedroom), there was no pole in the downstairs master bedroom closet to hang clothing from and the pull out couch in the loft pulled out but the springs would not support the bottom of the bed so we took the mattress off and place it on the floor to sleep on. I brought all of these concerns to the attention of the property management company with no resolution. Fire pit did not work.

Choose somewhere else to stay!

Our group NEVER plans to stay here again. Between the dusty windowsills, cobwebs everywhere, and a DEAD MOUSE left in a trap, it was as if the place haven’t been cleaned in forever. The mouse was also next to other traps, so we had a hunch that there might be a rodent issue at this location. The LEAST the cleaning crew could have done is take out the old mouse and reset the traps. The most irritating part was that the oven DID NOT WORK. We brought food to cook, so having a broken oven was extremely inconvenient. We called the housing company on the first night and they told us that someone from maintenance would check it out the following morning. Maintenance NEVER arrived. We made sure to remain in contact for updates all day, but they continued to tell us that they could not provide updates. By the time we left, no one from maintenance ever showed up and most meals had to be improvised. Absolute abhorrent customer service. Another major issue was that the frame of a queen bed was broken, so we had to move the mattress to the floor to allow two people to sleep in it. The remaining issues were relatively minor, but still made our stay unpleasant. The fireplace did not work. Multiple drawers in the fridge/freezer were broken and would nearly fall out of place. One room falsely advertised that there was a king bed + double sofa bed (but there was no double sofa bed in that room). There were more issues to address, but this review has a character limit.

Not sure I would stay again

We had a confirmation for 4pm check in. Upon arrival cleaning had just begun and from what I could see it hadn’t been cleaned recently. The house cleaner that was on site was very apologetic and stated she was unaware of us checking in at 4pm. I rented this house for our family to stay in while we were there for a funeral. I certainly did not appreciate the added stress to an already emotional time. A second cleaning crew arrived to help but we were still late in being able to get ready for the service. You definitely need a car that can handle the icy driveway. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes that had been sitting for a while from the looks of them. Freezer has a broken drawer, one tv didn’t work, the oven pilot light was out, fireplace did not work. We didn’t attempt the hot tub due to many inches of snow on top and getting to it. The house itself has a wonderful layout and location. Furnished nicely however beds need to have mattress covers over stained mattress. Sheets and towels provided were nice but I don’t believe that the blankets and comforters were washed and clean for our use. I would not rent again using VACASA. I booked and paid days before our arrival and expected to have a better experience with this property.

very nice but hard to sleep

The property was not cleaned when we checked in. But the cleaning staff was there within 30 minutes and did a very thorough job. There were cobwebs outside and the rain gutters were clogged (and still are). Windows were dirty (and still are). The traffic noise made it hard to sleep. Part of the baseboard are missing in the bathroom upstairs and there is pink mold growing in the bathtub area. The fire pit could not be lit. There are 2 dirty, rusty lounge chairs by the propane tank on the patio. The grill had to be cleaned before we could use it and there is a lot of grunge on the underside where the doors are. The property could use a good going over to make it really special. We enjoyed the hot tub, the kitchen was clean and there were lots of activities in the area. Good restaurants, too.

Family Anniversary Celebration

This house was a comfortable, spacious, and beautiful place for our family anniversary celebration. It was well-equipped with everything we needed. Close to the lake, hiking, and other fun activities. Service was great and answered all questions right away. The main drawback is that the boat dock is across a busy highway, which was very nerve-wracking when our kids and parents were crossing the street (large trucks constantly driving by at 50+ miles per hour.) Also, the highway noise was loud throughout the night and early morning when we were trying to sleep.
