This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is great for families and friends who want to spend time together and make memories. This home is best for groups who are visiting Tallahassee and the surrounding areas for:

-- Weddings, graduations and other big celebrations.
-- Conferences, meetings and other business on the University Campuses or Downtown Tallahassee.
-- College sports.
-- Reunions and homecomings.
-- Traveling sporting games.

The fully-stocked kitchen and multiple eating areas make it easy to prepare meals and dine-in. The living room has comfortable seating with room for children to play and for adults to sit and chat, play games or exercise. The designated workspace makes it easy to check stuff off your to-do list while enjoying the calming views of the large backyard.

The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Please note the sofa functions as the sleeping arrangement for the 10th guest.

The Master bedroom features a large ROKU tv with sound bar and subwoofer. There is an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and double sinks. Two other main bedrooms are equipped with queen beds while the final two bedrooms have twin beds. Two more full baths are shared by additional guests.

The back porch and yard are the ideal spot to play, pick some seasonal fruit, fire up the grill or just sit and enjoy the towering trees and listen to singing of the birds. If you look closely, you'll see the occasional wildlife visitor as well. If it gets too hot, cool down with built-in ceiling fans. This space is also great for pets who can roam freely and play as the entire space is fenced-in.

In the winter, snuggle up in front of the lovely wood burning fireplace.

You will be 5-10 minutes from Interstate-10, Maclay Gardens, Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, HCA-Florida Capital Hospital, Goodwood, Publix, Walmart and Target (which makes grabbing any last-minute essentials easy).

FSU, FAMU and Downtown Tallahassee are a relaxing 15-20 minutes drive away.

If your travels take you further afield, Thomasville GA, Monticello and Crawfordville, FL are all scenic 30-40 minutes drive away.

State Championship

I rented this property for my family and friends. We all traveled to see our kids play in the state Championship game. The property is very clean and spacious. The response time with receiving a call back was timley and professional. The kitchen was well stocked. I give the property a 5Star all around.

Exceeded my expectations!

My daughter recently turned 16. Instead of throwing her a "Sweet 16th" birthday party, we rented this home for the weekend with three of her best friends. They had the time of their life, just hanging around the house, playing board games, watching movies & spending time together. We actually had much more planned to do for the weekend, but they loved the house so much that we ended up spending most of our time there. Shana emailed to check and make sure everything was okay (and it was better than okay). We just had a wonderful bonding experience. We've already decided that we're going to do it again (really soon). The house was clean, roomy and comfortable. They all ended up staying in the master suite while we were there, so there were 2 rooms (& 3 beds) that we didn't even use. It was a wonderful stay and a great experience. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars, because this house AND the host deserve so much more.

OFF TO A ROCKY START

The property was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked and all appliances in good working order. Huge backyard and playhouse that my younger grand child really enjoyed. We arrived as required a few minutes after 4 PM but could not gain entry to the property. The incorrect dates had been entered into the electronic key system by the host. Initially we were not able to contact the host, so we resorted to calling VRBO. We finally gained access about 8 PM. For our purposes the location of the property was perfect with a variety of shopping and restaurants nearby. There was a problem with the sound on the Smart TV in the master but a tech was dispatched to correct that. Overall it was an enjoyable stay. I would recommend this property. The hosts were pleasant and followed up while we were there to make sure we were enjoying the property.
