Well decorated, clean inside. Neighborhood up and coming?
Overall we had a nice stay at the property. Property was clean and well decorated. Communication was overall very good. Property owner was responsive.Neighborhood near Children's Museum would be "up can coming"? A variety of housing types. I wouldn't feel safe walking alone at night. We were woken up the last night to what sounded like pounding on the front door, but owner didn't see someone on the camera when we reported. We got in late, parked in the garage off the ally but there wasn't a light in the garage so unpacking car was a bit difficult. Property owner wasn't able to replace the light bulb the week we were there, and there is a man door code to get into/lock the garage, but it wasn't working.Basic kitchen supplies to cook what we needed. Was very nice to have extra paper towels and dish pods provided.I shared with property owner to suggest to cleaning people to have dishtowels in the kitchen and towels/washcloths in each bathroom as we had to hunt for those. Also suggest additional chairs at dining table since large table but only 4 chairs and property sleeps more. We just pulled in the office chairs.The master bedroom bed was overall comfortable, but the side of the bed near the bathroom is definitely sloping. Front rooms closer to street are good, but street lights do shine in so not totally dark.There is a porch and back deck, but no chairs to sit on.Overall, a nice stay.
