This beautiful 2 BDRM home offers everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay! Nicely decorated, the home has comfy beds and freshly laundered linens and towles. Get your business done in our furnished office area and enjoy using the fully stocked kitchen, complete with coffee bar. Located in a quiet neighborhood with off-street parking. Conveniently close to UNL, the Haymarket, and the Pinnacle Bank Arena. Two to three minutes off of interstate. Basement apartment is rented to our property manager to help with any needs you might have.

Perfect location for us! Very nice home, clean and welcoming. We rented for a month and it was perfect during my daughter's surgery and recovery. Five minutes to UNL campus.

Great location for ease of traveling to campus. Perfect spot for my son to recover from knee surgery but still be able to attend classes. Clean and very comfortable. Just as described!

Relaxing and Spotless

This is a very cute home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There is plenty of room for 4 occupants to stay in this spotless home. The property manager was easy to communicate with and it seems they have thought of most anything a guest would need to make their stay comfortable.

Very Nice Place to Stay

We came for a concert that sadly was canceled so we headed home a little earlier than planned but this place had absolutely everything you could think of and will definitely stay again when in the area! Thank you for everything!

Football Camp

My 16 year old son and I were in town for a football camp. The house was about 7 minutes from Memorial Stadium. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed to cook our own meals. We would definitely stay again.

Great property!

The property was great - very clean, and stocked with necessities. Photos are accurate, and description fits. Close to downtown and Memorial Stadium (which is why were were visiting). Host was responsive, and checkin was easy.

It's the extra touches!

This was a perfect place for our visit in Lincoln. Only minutes away from The Pinnacle Arena & Haymarket. The owner was quick to respond to questions and made sure our stay was without complications. The extra perk...if you're a coffee lover.... you'll find the best coffee latte maker!

Nice small clean home. Comfortable beds and nice perks (snacks)!! We came in with a 34' trailer and pickup. We didn't want to park in the driveway because we were afraid we couldn't make the turn to get out if there were cars parked on the narrow street. There was a neighbor's car parked in front of the house and they were very friendly and moved it for us so we could park on the street. If you don't have a big rig, this driveway would easily handle several cars. Thanks for a good night's sleep. Also, we were thinking this was an upstairs unit because of the"to floor" description. Pleasantly surprised to find out it was ground level

Weekend stay

This house was very clean and worked perfectly for our family that was in town for a swim meet. Great location, air conditioning worked amazing! We had all the items we needed. We would definitely recommend this place and will be back in the near future!

Perfect location for visiting family living in Lincoln

This property was wonderful. Immaculately clean, fresh and plentiful linens throughout, not a mark on any wall, well supplied with kitchen paper products, utinsels and appliances, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, nice neighborhood we enjoyed walking in and located very close to where our relative is now living in Lincoln. Will definately book to stay here again!
