Spacious home 7 minutes away from the beach!

Nestled between the mountains and ocean this stunning and spacious home with 6 bedrooms and 6 bath is the ultimate retreat! Comfortably sleeps 12 people. Each bedroom has a private en suite and its own thermostat.

The space
Pleasant and private backyard features covered patio where you can relax to the sound of fountain and enjoy majestic view of the mountains. Fully fenced yard is surrounded by flowers and fruit trees.

House showcases a large fully stocked kitchen for cooking big group dinners and patio is great for entertaining. Large living area is set up with big screen TV, (there is no longer a piano there), games and books. Something for everyone to enjoy!

6 bedrooms are as follows: 1 King, 3 Queen, 2 bunk bed

6 bathrooms are attached to each room. 4 Bathrooms are full with ADA showers and 2 are half baths also ADA accessible.

House has a 500/high speed internet. Each room has its own TV and thermostat to adjust temperature. In case of power outage system is run on generator that kicks in within seconds.

Property is located walking distance to Lake Los Carneros & Stove Grove Park where you can picnic among California coast redwoods - featuring volleyball courts, open lawn and playground for families to enjoy. Just 2 miles to the beach and the airport. Close to University of California Santa Barbara and 1 mile walk to the Calle Real shopping center with restaurants, stores and movie theater.

This home is perfect for groups, bigger families, parents visiting students, wedding parties, or just a Santa Barbara getaway.

Four parking spots on a driveway and additional parking spots on the street if needed (on approval).

Mandatory quiet time after 9pm - $200 fine for any disturbance to the neighborhood.
Small dogs on approval only with $250 fee.
No smoking in or near home - $500 fine if any odor is detected on premises.

Guest access
4 Parking spaces are provided at the property and any extra vehicles can park on the street but away from mailboxes and driveways.

We stayed at this beautiful home while celebrating my aunts 80th birthday. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the yard was beautiful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Had one little issue with the toilet seat and got an immediate response from the owner.

Excellent accommodations!! Very clean, comfy and roomy! One thing though, sugar ants in the kitchen, on the wall by fridge and by sink, before we even put food in kitchen. We killed them but you should probs check it out!

Had a group of friends in town for a wedding. The property was perfect for our stay, plenty of bathrooms for everyone. There was a nice backyard space that was quiet. The pull out couch was not like any other I had seen before, much better than your typical pull out bed. Home owner was very responsive to my messages. I would highly recommend staying here!

This property was perfect for our family reunion! Very clean, well furnished and organized, plenty of room for gathering together, both indoors and outside. Yaroslav the host, was responsive and easy to work with. Having 6 bdrms, 6 bathrooms and w/d was a real plus for us. Good location too. We highly recommend.

We especially enjoyed the individual thermostats throughout the house, including all six bedrooms Yard is private and we enjoyed gathering there in the evening One hickup but the host immediately remedied This house is close to the airport, several beaches, shopping, and many tours are available for Santa Barbara and the surrounding area

Great Location and Tons of Room

Our stay was great. Location was perfect in quiet neighborhood. The house has TONS of room, we were all so amazed by how well organized it was and how each bedroom/bathrooms was perfect for our group of 8. Owner has thought of everything! We would stay here again for sure, perfect for our families home base while in Santa Barbara for our daughters graduation. Backyard was great also for just relaxing in the AM drinking coffee and eating I thing oranges/tangerines from a tree. 5 stars, great house!

Great spot for wedding weekend

The house was great, very spacious for us to prep the decorations for the wedding, and plenty of room for all of us to get ready. It took me a little while to understand the smart doorlock, but once I figured it out it worked perfectly. The bedrooms have individual bathrooms (incredibly useful for all of us getting ready at the same time), and individual thermostats. I cannot stress enough how much I love the little backyard, I just wish I had more time to spend in it. Lots of parking and the host was very responsive. Rent this place.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay. We are a group of paragliders staying in the area to fly. Location was great and the size of the property accommodated all of all. Check in was smooth.

Family gathering

Out of town family gathered to celebrate a 50 year anniversary. Access to the beach, serene back yard, big table all made the visit great. The host was wonderful and accommodated our requests over and over. His cleaning team found a valuable jewelry bag and turned it in. Thankful for honest people!

Wedding Week in Santa Barbara Area

My extended family and I stayed in Goleta to attend my daughter's wedding in Santa Barbara. The accommodations were excellent for a large group. There were plentiful bedrooms/bathrooms and individual temperature controls. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to everything. The backyard was lovely. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Family stay for graduation. Very well kept property and the layout lent itself well to family gatherings. Property owner is very responsive and provides a detail folder on the property. Would rent again for sure.

Great home for groups and families

Our family of eight adults loved our stay in this clean, comfortable home. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close to shops, restaurants, parks and the beach. With 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and 2 half baths there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The beautifully landscaped yard provided several seating areas, a BBQ, and a deck box filled with beach amenities. The home was very well stocked, family friendly and the check in/check out procedure was easy. We had no problem communicating with the owner who was kind and responsive. We would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Santa Barbara.

Clean and beautiful inside and outside

Wonderful girls trip! We each had our own bedroom. Each bedroom had its own bath. We visited beach, Santa Barbara arts district and Mission as well as wine country in Santa Ynez valley!
