Escape to our spacious European-Cottage inspired lakefront retreat on Kerr Lake, perfect for families and groups. Bring your boat and enjoy the private deep-water dock, relax by the firepit overlooking the water, or spend evenings in the game room.

Park your boat at our dock. 10 mins to Boat ramp. Ride into downtown Clarksville for ice cream, shopping, a brewery, and several great restaurants. Drink coffee in the morning on the deck and watch deer and other wildlife frolic on our property.

Fish, swim, or kayak right from our back yard. The house includes 2 adult-size kayaks with your rental.

Rainy day? No problem! We have ping pong, fooseball, and a spacious game room full of board games, a card table, books, and old school Nintendo games! Private Smart TVs in every bedroom!

We had a great time! They had everything we needed including kid things and the kayaks were a lot of fun. One word of caution: check water levels at the lake before renting a boat.

Brooke and reds place is fantastic! So wonderfully laid out with the open kitchen and living room. The huge deck is perfect! The weather was wonderful, so we lived on the deck. Whoever was cooking and grilling still felt a part of the group. The bedrooms were comfortable and a good size. Bathrooms so clean! It was so well equipped too. There were 9 adults, 2 toddlers and an infant and we had plenty of space!

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at this place! It was clean and comfortable, and it accommodated our big family for a very affordable price. It was also nice that this place included toys for the little ones, and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. We also had a lot of fun outside with the kayaks, the fire pit, and the dock on the lake. Would love to return again for future vacations!

The experience was great overall! We couldn’t have asked for better hosts when it came to communication and accommodating our early check-in. They were very responsive and made the process very easy.My only concerns were the cleanliness of the home and the bathrooms. I would have liked to see the tubs and floors cleaned more thoroughly. We also noticed a few cobwebs throughout the house, including in some of the bedrooms, and dust on the dressers, which made me question how thoroughly the home is cleaned between guests.It also would have been more convenient if there were a bathroom in the basement near the 5th bedroom, especially for the guest staying in that room.Despite these concerns, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider rebooking in the future. With a little more attention to the cleaning details and an additional bathroom in the basement, this would be an even better experience!

The house was very spacious. The rooms were nice and the kitchen was fully equipped. The only bad thing I can say is that the property is located in a cove and where the dock is, the water is very shallow(a downhill walk). Not good if you're trying to do any fishing! The views were amazing throughout the day

We really enjoyed this property! There was plenty of space for everyone. The house itself is older and beautiful, but attention to detail with the cleanliness could be better. We really appreciated that there were fans in every room and the scenery was gorgeous! A few of the sliding doors. Would not lock, but we felt safe enough with the child locks on them.

A Wonderful Weekend getaway!

The house was amazing, clean and comfortable. The mattresses were all firm and gave everyone a good night sleep, big key for the whole family. The area was nice and friendly and we all enjoyed our stay. The one "small" item we could night find was a can opener, lol. We had planned to eat in that night but without the can opener we ate out. Not a major issue just a small note. Over all the stay was a 10 out of 10.

Perfect family getaway

My extended family is growing with lots of kids and this location was perfect to fit us all, and had toys and the space to accommodate us comfortably. We loved the private dock and access to the kayaks! It made our stay so much fun and we can't wait to return!

Absolutely wonderful stay, great house and close to grocery store and restaurants!! Rained a couple times, but enjoyed the ping pong table and that HUGE deck overlooking the water!!! Deer and wildlife everywhere!!

Beautiful Comfortable Home!

This property is a truly unique and special place. The location right on the lake is perfect, the home is cozy and has everything you would need, the beds are very comfortable, and the decor is so well done! The toys in the basement room, and all the games were very much appreciated by our daughter! The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Clarksville.

Babysitting Grandparents

As grandparents in charge of 3 grandsons during their parents European vacation, we were looking for a short-term stay on the water. This place was as advertised. Easy to get to. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Rented a pontoon boat nearby and docked at the cottage for 4 days. Fun on the water.
