This beautiful home sits in a quiet private community and offers true lakefront living with direct access to your own private dock right in the backyard. Bring your boat and fishing gear—there’s a public boat ramp just 10 minutes away, making it easy to launch and tie up at your dock for the evening.

Enjoy stunning water views from the dining room and the back deck, the perfect place to watch unforgettable sunsets. End your evenings gathered around the waterfront fire pit, roasting marshmallows and soaking in the peaceful surroundings.

The community also features a playground and tennis/pickleball courts just a short drive away, plus you're only minutes from Clarksville and its charming downtown area.

Inside, the home is ideal for families or groups, with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs—a great layout for two families to share! The bunk room includes a fun three-person bunk with a trundle.

Downstairs you’ll find a cozy lounge area with a smart TV, plus a game room complete with an original Nintendo (with games!), full-size foosball table, and an air hockey table for friendly family competitions.

Stay connected with free WiFi throughout the home.

The wrap around driveway will fit your trucks and trailers!

The hosts were great with response times for inquiries. The house and rooms were in great condition, the lake was a little low, but you can’t blame the hosts for that. We had a great time relaxing, making s’mores and fishing.

We had a comfortable and fun stay. The location of the place is beautiful. Right on the water and the deck overlooking the reservoir. It has a fire pit near the water.The community itself is very quiet and safe.

Great place to stay enjoying the lake living. Enjoyed the proximity to the boat launch and availability to keep boat and boat trailer on-site. Just a few steps and you’re on the boat enjoying the lake. Fishing was good on the lake too!MIles and Cherise were great hosts! . Their communication for booking the property and questions regarding trailing a boat were answered immediately. They were very accommodating to our needs for the boat. They made the entire process easy and comfortable. Great job! Highly recommend a stay at this lake front property.

We had a wonderful time staying at the lake. The weather was just perfect for the whole week. The house was in a nice cove and felt very private. We called it the tree house. We had a large group so we were a little crowded. We would definitely stay again with a smaller group next time!

July Weekend

The view of the cove from the deck was great and a short walk to the deck and water. The cove was shallow but we were able to dock the pontoon. The house is a short boat ride to town. It felt like we were in the woods but actually in a neighborhood. I would stay there again.

Great Lake House

We had an amazing week at the lake. The house was clean well stocked and had easy access to the water. Miles was great with communicating and answered all of my questions in a timely manner.

Hidden fees for having the amount of people there that says it sleeps. Microwave didn’t work. Photos make it appear better than actual house is. We left after 3 days hen we originally booked 9 and went somewhere else. Still paid the full amount and didn’t complain about having to do so but won’t go back.

Matt / Jessica, the facts speak differently. You booked the original reservation after seeing the booking details with VRBO. You then reached out to me the day you booked and told me the reservation was made for 9 people in error. You had the opportunity to review the full charges before reserving and had the ability to cancel immediately for a full refund after you booked, if the price was not to your liking any longer. Instead, you let me know it would only be 3 adults. I happily refunded the additional guest charge. Unfortunately, when your party showed to the property, there were at least 9 people. I didn't ask you to leave, I simply asked you to pay the additional guest charge I had previously refunded. I'm relatively certain any hotel would have requested the same. The microwave works. We went there last weekend and someone had put it on "defrost" mode. Perhaps that is the reason you had trouble. We agree our pictures are amazing, but the property on the water with a doc and a wrap around driveway to fit trailers is pretty cool as well! We hope you find future accommodations that suit your needs better.
