A chic coastal style with high end finishes create a sunny vibe in this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury home positioned in Beach Haven Cottages This home's location offers a great balance of accessibility, privacy, beautiful décor, an open floor plan and plenty of natural light.

The fully stocked kitchen includes upgraded, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

Relax in the peaceful backyard w/ gas grill, covered porch & outdoor shower.

The master bedroom and guest room have their own large private balcony overlooking the backyard & Oyster Lake .

Guests have exclusive use of the entire 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house, including the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, the relaxing living areas, and the private balconies in the master bedroom and guest room overlooking Oyster Lake. Step outside to the peaceful backyard with a gas grill, covered porch, and outdoor shower. You'll also have access to the heated community pool just two houses down and convenient beach access across the street.

Nestled in the heart of 30A, our home offers unparalleled access to the stunning Gulf of Mexico, with the beach just a stone's throw away! Enjoy the convenience of a heated community pool, located just two houses down, perfect for a refreshing dip. This charming property is part of an intimate community of only 20 houses, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. Getting Around:
Getting around Lazy Oyster is a breeze! While a car is recommended to explore the area, you'll find ample free parking right at the property. For those flying in, the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is approximately a 30-minute drive away. Explore the scenic 30A by bike or simply stroll to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. Uber and Lyft are readily available for convenient transportation. Enjoy your vacation!

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older, with at least one guest aged 25+ for every three guests in the group.
