The Crescent 107 features two bedrooms and two baths, accommodating up to six guests. The open-concept living and dining space offers coastal elegance, with large sliding glass doors inviting in plenty of sunlight. The fully appointed kitchen has generous counter space and cabinets, making meal prep easy and enjoyable. The spacious living room with plush furnishings and a flat-screen TV flows seamlessly into the dining area. Dine indoors or on the private balcony, accessible from the living room and master suite. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom, while the guest suite has two twin beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room adds extra sleeping space.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Close to grocery, shopping and dining. Pool is beautiful! Condo could use a broom.We used to get four beach chairs, and now only two. Would think it would match the number of people staying in the condo, at least four.Overall, still love the Crescent!

Great condo close to the beach!

This is a great property! The condo was very nice and close to the beach. It was perfect for our family. We had plenty of space. We had a great time. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo.

Very comfortable and felt safe staying

The unit was very nice with the exception of the carpet which first night in was musty smelling. The smell got better the more the ac unit was used as well as the ceiling fans. The kitchen area was very versatile. We enjoyed our stay

Comfortable Stay

Carpet looks worn but clean. Second bath needs attention such as rust around the faucet. Master bedroom was excellent. Definitely would return to this unit.

Beautiful floor layout. Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. Carpet in livingroom and bedroom were extremely musty smelling and visibly dirty. We loved the “porch” area off the bedroom and the views were incredible.

The condo was okay- the carpet was a little dingy and gross, and the kitchen was not equipped with what we needed. There was one small pot and one small pan. More cookware is needed for sure!! Overall a decent stay!!

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials tools for cooking and appliances. The ice dispenser did randomly drop ice out on to the floor and the kitchen sink faucet is a little leaky. Minor things to us though. All the rooms were clean and stocked with essentials to get us started for our stay. The only complaint I have is the bed in the master bedroom seems to have a broken box spring or bed base on one side. It caused that side of the bed to slope down which was a little uncomfortable. Otherwise everything else was great! We would definitely return.

The unit was nice, except for the dirty carpet which needs to be removed and replaced with tile or vinyl flooring. I am hoping that will happen before my stay next Jan and Feb. Desk people were nice and responsive.

Good Times

The property is very nice. I’ve stayed there a number of times. I am not a fan of the bracelets for access. I prefer a code. I appreciate the security, but bracelets are cumbersome. I also wish there was a better access to the beach for those who don’t walk great or for those pulling wagons etc out to the beach. No issues with the room.

My only suggestion is to upgrade the skillet you have in the condo! Unable to cook eggs in the am. Everything sticks to the pot. Add more pots for cooking! Everything else was lovely!

Needs updating

While the stay was good the place needs some attention. There was a hole in bathroom ceiling, carpets were old and worn and stained. There was a missing baseboard in the kitchen. Furniture was broken down and sagging. Outside furniture was rusted. Location to the beach was great. Just general upkeep was needed.

Stay September 25 th thru October 1st

We’ve stayed here before and the other rooms were excellent. This room had stain on the carpet and found hair hanging off of the hair dryer in the master bath when we got there. Guess there was water damage because of a hole in the ceiling in the master bath and there was a loose piece of baseboard that was just sitting against the corner of the cabinet in the kitchen and a Very limited supply of cookware. Otherwise everything was great.

It was great — the crescent always is — 2 things that were a little different — we got there and was told the tv box had been taken so we had no tv in the living room until the next day and we are in eastern time not having the pool or the gate to get to the beach open until ten (9 central)— yes I know we can walk outside by the grills — carrying 2 coolers jammed full up two flights of stairs then down 2 to get to the beach— where the main one is mostly ramps— would that really change anything—- no we are looking for other weeks in the August to come again. Love this place!!!!!
