Centrally located in Poipu, adjacent to the Grand Hyatt Resort & Spa as well as Shipwreck’s beach, the Poipu Sands Resort is located within the heart of Poipu Kai, where easy walking paths link the master resort community to Brennecke’s and Poipu Beach. World class dining, golf, tennis, hiking, biking, and the beauty of many other of Kauai’s beaches are just a few minutes away.

The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. Our collections of rentals are professionally managed by in-house staff with a commitment to personalized service, fine attention to detail and a true sense of Aloha. PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

A comfortable house for 7 with a beautiful ocean view

It was an excellent choice. The house came with plenty of beach toys for the kids and lounge chairs for the adults. Also, it is conveniently located next to the very nice resort with a water slide and lazy river (tickets form non-residents of the resort can be purchased). We will be staying here again on our next Kauai trip!!

Wonderful 10 days in paradise!

Comfortable beautiful condo with everything we needed. 2nd time renting. Close to beach. Resort next door with lovely restaurants and walking areas. Short drive to other attractions.

Fantastic place

We stayed with our 4 month old baby for a week. Great location. Easy walk to the beach and coastal trail. Peaceful property with everything you need. We rented baby gear from a local provider and the staff coordinated with them to have it all set up before we arrived.

Great stay

The unit was in a great location on the island. 5 minute walk to the beach, supplied beach chairs came in handy. The unit itself is very nice. Note that there is no air conditioning which did make for some hot days but there are lots of fans available.

Lovely apartment!

This apartment has everything you need for a wonderful vacation, and the location is fabulous. The walk to shipwreck beach is a couple of minutes and other beaches are minutes away by car. Kitchen is fully supplied and beach equipment is great. Thank you for everything!

Wonderful place to make base camp

Everything was easily taken care of and as advertised. there was construction going on in the complex and it was noisy, but that also got me a discounted rate so no complaints. Now the roosters on the other hand….but that is everywhere on the island!

A Lovely Vacation Stay

We had a marvelous stay in this condo. Everything was very clean and organized. Sitting on the patio, we watched the ocean and all the cute birds. We barbequed a few nightd, which is located very close to the condo. We enjoyed the pool, which is about a one minute walk from the condo. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for having such a lovely place for vacationers to stay.

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Piop’u Sands. The condo was right next to the Grand Hyatt where my wife had a conference. Perfect location for exploring the South Shore of Kaua’i. It was great having a kitchen and dining area. They even had beach chairs, towels and coolers for us to take to the beach. It made our lives so much more comfortable and our trip that much more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

This property was as advertised. Communication before our stay was excellent. Everything was clean when we arrived. The unit was well stocked with everything that we needed for the week. The location was great. The only downside was that with the windows open for ventilation, we could hear people in the parking lot late at night.

Poipu Sands Unit 411

Wonderful condo with ocean view from the lanai. Condo was clean, well appointed, and kitchen was best equipped we have ever seen in a rental unit. It was just as advertised and cross ventilation with the cool evening trade winds made sleeping a delight. Great location to beaches and restaurants as well as other activities. We will look forward to another visit.

We just love Kauai and have stayed in a few of these unit over the years. This unit is tucked in a bit so even with the doors and windows opened it was very warm. They did provide several fans. That we used all night. The nice part was this unit is on the ground floor with no unit above. The king size bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were large and there were no shortage of towels. There was a washer and dryer. That was great to wash beach towels. Kitchen had all the amenities to prep meals. Over all we would book again.

Worth Repeating

We enjoyed staying there so much, we booked another condo in the same location next year. That one was already booked. Comfortable, well-appointed, amazing location! The property management company is quick to respond, friendly and efficient. We loved walking out of our back door to the beach. Other beaches are all a short drive away.
