Large balcony that sits above the harbor canal. Great for watching the ducks, and feeding the fish. Large wrap around granite counter top in kitchen, ceramic flooring in living room, kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room, wood flooring in both bedrooms. Master bedroom has king size bed , guest room has queen size bed and bunk beds, the sofa sleeper in living room is a queen bed. This condo comes with free beach chairs and a umbrella set up for you at your request March 1st thru Oct.31st. Private parking under condo for 3 vehicles or 2 vehicles and a boat trailer . Also it's one of a few condo's that you can bring a boat and park your trailer under condo. They have boat slips in the canal for your boat. Boat slips are handled by Sandpiper Cove and DOES NOT COME WITH THE UNIT, you must contact Sandpiper Cove for availability and pricing. If you call them to reserve a boat slip.... ask for slip # 28 or 29 it's right under the back deck... The Maximum boat height on the trailer under the condo is 8'5"..the Maximum length of your boat for a boat slip is 30' There is no elevators in this complex...My unit is on the second floor, if you cannot walk up stairs this unit is not for you.
