Darling 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on Seascape golf course in Kitty Hawk. New swimming pool and backyard grass for cornhole and cartwheels. Easy walk to the beach, or play golf at Seascape Golf Links. You can ride your bike to get bagels in the morning, or milkshakes in the afternoon. Sandtrap bar, Arts place and Ocean Boulevard are close and within walking distance for casual or fine dining.
Conveniently located close to Mile post 3, off of Eckner easily avoiding a long drive to your vacation destination. The home is cozy, decorated and furnished nicely with newer furnishings, beds and bedding. The kitchen has just been remodeled and is fully stocked. 3 bedrooms are on separate levels for privacy. Linens and bath towels included. Just bring beach towels. Fun add ons include a private fenced yard great for dogs, hot tub, ping pong table, fire pit, barbecue grill, basketball hoop, picnic table, corn hole boards! Great times await on Seascape. Listing states there are 2 queen beds and they are only full size beds. Also states there are two futtons, but there are couches with pull out beds and no futtons. The property pictures show two refrigerators, one full size and one apartment size. There was only one apartment size refrigerator when we arrived. The owner did get another refrigerator to us but it was a dorm size fridge. This was not what the property description showed and my whole party of 7 where very disappointed in the home.

Home Away From Home

This was our first trip to Kitty Hawk. The property was very clean and close to everything. We enjoyed having a pool all to ourselves in the afternoons. Our host was the best, very responsive. We would definitely book this property again.

BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK

If you don’t encounter a maintenance issue during your stay, you will likely have a 5 star experience. The home is well appointed and the grounds lovely. However, if anything goes wrong be prepared to be met with a defensive, accusatory owner who ultimately will not fix the problem. And when you ask them to make it right (which they should have offered) they will balk. Unfortunately upon arrival I discovered one of the HVAC units was not working. After a frustrating series of communications with the owners and then a very apologetic property manager who claimed they were urging the owners to fix the problem, my family and I were left with a very hot an uncomfortable stay. I have used VRBO for many years and have never had a problem, however from here on out I will ask for the maintenance agreement upfront to avoid an issue like this in the future. If you decide to book this property, I would encourage you to do the same.

Lovely House Close to Everything

Loved the hot tub and pool. Less than a 5 minute drive to the beach. Close to Everything, yet set back in a lovely quiet neighborhood great for evening walks. We had a great time.

A Great Beach Stay

This is a great home away, everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Beautifully decorated with various cozy corners when you want a little quiet and larger areas to gather the family together. The fence around the backyard for the dog was much appreciated, a perfect space to run and play.

Great clean beach house with everything you need.

The house was very clean and had been lovely decorated to make our Thanksgiving weekend away special. The fenced-in backyard was perfect since we brought our dog. The beach is quite a walk. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home that you can tell is more than just a rental to owner

Beautiful clean and well maintained home with all the fixings. This is more then a rental it’s a great home to make great lasting memories with family, The cleanest rental we have ever stayed in and we have went every year to Outer Banks since my boys were toddlers, and now they are grown men . The owner cares about the property and it shows but still allows your pet which as we all know is family . I would urge future renters to treat this as if it was your place so that others can make the kind of memories we did

Great location, great house!

This property is so pleasant and comfortable! The decor is great and everything was very clean! Plenty of common space to hang out with friends and family. The pool, hot tub and backyard are so nice! Great neighborhood and easy to get to the beach.

Nice OBX Beach House near everything

House was clean and had everything you will need. The hot tub and new swimming pool were great and enjoyed daily. Walmart, restaurants, and grocery stores are all close by. The beach is just under a mile drive, but too far to walk with all of your beach gear in our opinion. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Loved kitty hawk at Kirra’s Vacay House

We loved the property very comfortable and perfect for our family. We brought our dog fenced in yard was perfect for her to run around. Many memories were made at the pool, hot tub, fire pit and in living spaces playing games. So close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and activities. We will definitely stay again. Great Beach Vacay!

This was a great property! There was plenty to do to keep our grandkids (7 & 9) occupied when we weren't at the beach. The home was clean and precious. It was also within easy driving distance to the beach, golf course, restaurants, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Perfectly Relaxing

Very quiet and private property close to everything on the North Side. Convenient with lots to see and do. Surrounded by great restaurants and friendly people. But, the best part was the home. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and well appointed. There is something for everyone at every age in the home. Not for someone who can’t do steps though. We so enjoyed our stay we looked to book again before we left. The owner is very responsive and made us feel welcome even before our arrival. Definitely tell our friends. Definitely a 5 star rating!
