~Seasonal Bonus (May–September): Giant shade tent with games for the whole family including pickleball, ping pong, corn hole, and more!
~Twinkle-lit oak grove, fire pit, BBQ area, and outdoor dining for up to 18 guests

In the summer, we welcome guests visiting the river, exploring the Hill Country, or gathering for family reunions. In the winter, many families enjoy spending their Christmas vacation here — while we don’t decorate for the holidays, the natural charm of the home offers a festive and cozy atmosphere on its own.
