This condo is centrally located to all the charm that Hot Springs National Park has to offer including lakes, mountains, trails, Oaklawn racing, and our famous downtown area. Relax on the balcony and enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets. Just 4 miles from Oaklawn and 6 miles from historic downtown town Bathhouse row. This spot is not only beautiful but has a cozy feel with everything that you need. Lasting memories are ready to be made and there is no doubt we will be seeing you again!

Weekend stay

Very relaxing stay at a very nice condo with a great view of the lake. Condo is located about 5-10 minutes from anywhere in Hot Springs, so close by to everything. Would recommend and will stay here again. Even our furry family loved it.

Our stay is never long enough.

Once again everything was great. We love your place and our stay is never long enough. Love that we can bring our dog and feel at home.

Hot Springs Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay in Hot Springs for the month of March. The Condo is on the second level with a flight of stairs. The master bed and bath are quite large. The master has a king bed and a small walk-in closet. There is access to the balcony from the master bedroom. The master bath has a large shower. The jacuzzi tub was not available for use. The second bedroom is in the same hallway as the master. It overlooks the parking area. The second bathroom is located off the hallway to the bedrooms and is not attached to the second bedroom. It has a tub/shower. The condo was well-equipped, and the appliances worked well. The living room area had a large couch and a chair. The TV set was medium sized and worked well. We used our own firestick. This was a working vacation for my husband, so he set up his work area on the dining room table with a view of the side patio and lake. The internet was good, and the speed of the connection was adequate for our purposes. The view from the back balcony was very nice. The patio had many chairs and tables. There was damage to the patio tiles from a previous storm and many were loose, but it still felt safe. There was a lot of construction in the area from other places being repaired. There was no garage available for our use but there were plenty of places to park in the lot in front of the condo. The washer and dryer are behind folding doors in the entryway. The area is beautiful, clean, and safe.

Hello there! My name is Samantha Pomeroy and my husband is Kyler Pomeroy. Thank you for viewing one of our favorite spots! We both live here locally in Hot Springs. Kyler is a chiropractor and I work in independent pharmacy. We absolutely love our community here and fall in love still everyday with how charming our town is. We have two rescue dogs Gunner and Hank and not having children of our own we consider them our kids. We enjoy the outdoors and feel like Hot Springs has it all here for us from the many lakes to hiking, biking, exploring magical downtown and cheering on the horses during racing season at Oaklawn there is so much to do. We recently got married and honeymooned in Yellowstone and Glacier Montana. This was a trip of a lifetime but also reminded us of how beautiful we have it here too. I have truly found my best friend and look forward to traveling the world with him and going on many adventures!

We live here in Hot Springs and this is our only rental on the Lake. Being here for over 18 years I always knew that I wanted a spot on the lake for our families to enjoy and gather. My husband and I are big on sunrises, sunsets, and looking at the moon. We fell in love with this spot! Our condo on Pretti Point really does have it all. The views, sunrises, sunsets, the water and close to anything you are looking to do in Hot Springs National Park. We have many wonderful local suggestions for you and hidden gems. Hot Springs really is a charming and dreamy place to come and relax, enjoy the outdoors, explore historic downtown and enjoy the horses during racing season at the track. One word always comes to mind with this property, Cozy! Just like Hot Springs will charm you so will this spot. We cannot wait to host you!
