*New fully fenced yard & EV charger! Make yourself at home in our open-concept, new construction, single-story 3 bed/2.5 bath home. Bring your friends and family and have a comfortable, relaxing stay. Our home is well stocked with everything you may need, including a Westin Heavenly mattress in the main bedroom for an amazing night's rest. Feel secluded while only being 2 miles from the quaint downtown of Weaverville and 10 miles to Downtown Asheville. Enjoy all that WNC has to offer no matter the time of year!

Mia’s College Move In

We had a great time and really enjoyed the property. Everything was very nice and clean. Just wanted to bring yo your attention that there is a strange odor in the laundry room and I think it is coming from the dirty mop hanging on the wall. We definitely plan on staying with you again!

Ashville Weekend

We totally enjoyed our stay. The property is conveniently located near the Asheville area and all activities. This is one of the nicest rental properties we have ever stayed in. It is extremely clean, recently renovated and the attention to detail for everything you could need is amazing. The owner is very responsive and answers every question in a very timely manner. We brought our dog with and there are even accommodates for the dog too. I highly recommend this property.

Awesome Stay!

We had great time and house was perfect for our group. The house is brand new, very well appointed with all the amenities, and it was very convenient to downtown Weaverville and Asheville. The house was warm and cozy and felt like home away from home. The hosts are great to work with and the property is dog-friendly too! I will definitely plan to return to this property in the future.

Great house

This was such a great find! We are always a little worried trying a new listing without reviews but this one really worked out. The house was great and the hosts have thought of everything from really comfortable mattresses and bedding to games and books and snacks. They have a book of local recommendations as well that was helpful. The house was extra clean and the location was easy to find. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon. Thanks for sharing your haven with us!

We first visited the Asheville, NC area in 2014 and have been coming back as often as we could since! Our permanent home is in Charleston, SC, but we love visiting Western NC any season of the year. We have two rescue pups, Maggie & Peggy, so we wanted to create a home where your pups feel right at home too! We have plenty of recommendations for the Weaverville and Asheville area in our guidebook in our home. We hope you enjoy your trip to Weaverville as much as we always do!

When we were looking for a home in the Asheville area, we knew Weaverville was a must. We love the quaint downtown with restaurants, breweries, wine shops, art galleries, and more. The close proximity to Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway is also ideal. Hiking, biking, and even kayaking is only a short distance away! Our home is designed for the perfect getaway for couples, friends, families, or solo travelers. The open concept floorplan allows guests to spend time together. The bedrooms were curated for relaxation and comfort. The firepit and covered front porch are the perfect place to hang out and enjoy the scenic views!

Two things you may not see in many short-term rentals - a Westin Heavenly mattress in the main bedroom and a well-stocked kitchen with labels on the cabinets! We have all been to those short-term rentals with the most uncomfortable mattress and 1 spatula and pan from the 1980's. Luckily, that is not our home :) Our live-edge, handmade dining bench is also a standout feature in our home.
