Leisure Landing has been completely remodeled and is ready for you to enjoy everything Asheville has to offer! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has hardwood floors, a brand new kitchen, plus a large deck and gas fire pit to enjoy the outdoors. Just 10 minutes to Downtown Asheville, 5 minutes to the cute town of Weaverville, 13 min to Blue Ridge Parkway. Near dining and grocery shopping too.

Fully equipped and remodeled kitchen with stainless appliances & granite counters.

Both bathrooms are accessed through the queen bedrooms and there is no half bath so anyone staying in the twin bedroom and/or sofa bed in the den would need to share the en-suite baths (walking thru the bedroom). Please ask if you have questions about this :)

Hello! I've lived in the Asheville area for 45 years! I may have been born in Miami, Florida, but I consider myself a country girl for sure! Love my Blue Ridge Mountains and everything they offer.

My husband and I currently own 4 Airbnb's - 3 in Asheville and one near Gatlinburg, TN. It's a real pleasure hosting guests and making their experience special.

My teen years were spent helping my parents manage their 15 cabins in North Asheville, NC. Little did I know that experience would help me host guests in my own homes.

I truly hope you will enjoy your vacation to our beautiful NC or TN mountains.
