Sink into relaxation on the private balcony with a soothing view of the surrounding palm trees and the shared tennis courts. When it's time to get active, challenge your friends and family to a match, bike the on-site paths, or go for a swim in the outdoor community pool. If you prefer a saltier alternative, the complex offers access to the beach located right across the street.

Inside, you'll find updated amenities, including a full kitchen well-equipped for cooking delicious meals and a spacious and cozy bedroom that lets in the perfect amount of natural light. After a fun day exploring Hilton Head, lounge in the living area and stream your favorite movie. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFI, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

Excellent Stay

Vacasa provided a wonderful getaway for us on a short vacation. All needed amenities and more were available. It’s very close to the beach, minimal walking needed. Near the famous Tiki Hut, and also walking distance to a wonderful playground if you have children. The grounds are beautiful as well. I love how open and airy the room was as well.

Great Spot on HHI

Great location, one block from the beach. Lots of good dining nearby. The condo was well maintained and equipped with up to date appliances. The grounds were neat and well kept. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location needs a few changes

The location is ideal for the beach and coligny. The place looks like the pictures and was very clean. The living room curtains are sheer and people walking by the first floor unit can see right in. Same with the door curtains in the bedroom. Also, the bedroom is extremely bright in the morning (blackout curtains would be a welcome modification). As an fyi, The unit is supplied with two rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, but plenty of laundry detergent and dishwasher soap. It’s a good place that could use a few tweaks.

Unit is perfect for a couple. Had everything we needed. Unit was clean when we arrived and check in was easy. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. There were a bunch of turtles in the pond and even saw an alligator. Just steps to the pool, which was nice, but the pool could have been a bit cooler. Property was kept clean, was quiet and had plenty of parking. Some downsides would include needs room darkening shades for the bedroom and we had no internet connection while we were there,( a serive call was made but was not resolved) but we really didn't need it. For future guest, the were no beach towels and there were two sun umbrellas provided, but one was completely broken, which we found out after walking to the beach. No other beach stuff included. Overall, it was qreat stay and we would stay here again!!!

Nice Place!

Had a nice stay. Had some issues with missing items on check-in (e.g., have an ironing board, no iron), but the unit was convenient to beach, pool, tennis courts and amenities. New appliances. We would be happy to return.
