SeaDweller Family Beach Home
We are excited to share our beloved family beach house with guests. We're located just a block from the beach in Neskowin Village. Cozy Living room with river rock fireplace and soaring ceiling. Spacious and well equipped kitchen, and an outdoor space perfect for family dinners with a large deck and BBQ grill.
Neskowin is a small quaint village full of picturesque coastal cottages and a lovely beach to explore. At low tide explore the tide pools around Proposal Rock and walk through the 2000 year old Ghost Forest. To the north, miles of beach to walk or just find a spot to relax, fly a kite and play in the waves. The Neskowin Beach Golf Course offers many social events and golfing during the summer. When you don't want to cook grab a bite at the Hawk Creek Cafe and ice cream at the Village Scoop. Gourmet snacks and groceries are available at the Neskowin Trading Company.
Fees you will see at Check-out Include:
10% Tillamook County Lodging Tax and 1.5% Oregon State Lodging Tax - These taxes help improve and support or local economy and infrastructure
Pet fee - only if you are bringing your furry friend $100
Cleaning fee - one time fee of $150 - all this goes to our wonderful cleaner

Beach getaway

House and property were the perfect choice for a three generation getaway. Plenty of room for togetherness and also for a little alone time. House is nicely appointed.The beach was just a short walk away so we were able to enjoy beach time every day. House is very walkable to all of Neskowin town. The teenage grandchildren were able to explore a little on their own.

Great family getaway

Clean, beautiful house just a short walk from the beach. Excellent, friendly and helpful communication from the host. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed and more. Beds were super comfortable for us and our adult children. We will definitely be back.

What a wonderful weekend

Wonderful Neskowin Home!

This home is by far the best home we’ve stayed in here. The house has a great set up for families, nice fenced yard for your furry friend, super quiet and close to the beach (you can hear the ocean). Also a must mention is how clean this home was, no dust on anything, counters, kitchen all very clean! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, we will be back!!!

Great location, beautiful home

Beautiful home in a lovely community. Beds were super comfortable and the house was immaculate. Very nice deck. One of the upstairs bedrooms needs window coverings, unless you can get the neighbors to turn off their exterior lights. Coffee maker needs a pot to be operable and it would be helpful to have an iron and ironing board. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Best rental experience EVER!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! It was homey and welcoming, with so many delightful personal touches. Every single bed was SO comfy! The hosts provided everything you could possibly need for a lovely, stress-free beach stay. The house is gorgeous, too, furnished and decorated with care and taste. We have stayed in a LOT of vacation rentals over the years, and this one was easily the best!

Best Family Friendly Beach Home

Words cannot express how truly amazing this home is! The owner has thought of everything from children, teenagers, adults and dogs and offers everything, plus more, to her guests. There isn’t anything she left out! Truly a fantastic experience for a beach trip. You can relax and unwind as well as entertain with an amazing grill and kitchen with everything you need. We played board games around the fireplace after a day of fun in the sun! The beach is unbelievably close and truly is breathtaking! We can’t wait to come back as a family and with our friends for a golf trip as well. Thank you Elizabeth for everything you did to make this trip unforgettable! 🙏

Lovely large home

This house had everything you need. The kitchen has every utensil and plenty of dishes for a family of 8. Lovely deck with great table, chairs, umbrella. From the hand soap to the dishwasher pods to the shampoo, everything was a cut above. It is a very close walk to the beach, golf and restaurant. I will probably be back!

Beautiful beach home

Great location and nicely appointed house. There wasn’t a lot of instructions on check in and none for check out and the VRBO app was slow to communicate through. Garbage was full when we got there and if we’d know when garbage pick up was we could’ve put the van out, but again, not a lot of communication. Owner has phone number posted outside the house, wish I’d seen it sooner.
