Welcome to your perfect Breckenridge retreat — a true ski-in, ski-out top-floor condo located right on the 4 O’Clock Run, just 0.7 miles from historic Main Street. This vaulted-ceiling end unit is flooded with natural light and offers incredible mountain views through expansive windows and from your private deck. Whether you're visiting in winter or summer, you'll love being steps from the slopes and trails, while still close to all the shops, restaurants, and charm of downtown. After a day of adventure, ski right to the door, unwind in the indoor heated pool or hot tub, then gather around the fireplace in the cozy, open-concept living space.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a family meal or a quick après-ski snack, and there’s plenty of space to relax, reconnect, or work remotely if needed — including a large desk in the primary bedroom. Thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience, this home is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy the best of Breckenridge. And if you're lucky, you might even spot a moose wandering by!

Loved the floorplan/layout of this unit. Very family friendly! Beautiful location and had the amazing experience of seeing a moose and her baby on one of our evening walks around the property.

Beautiful Getaway!

We had an amazing stay, everyone enjoyed the ski in/out and it was perfect for our family. A bit of a walk to Main Street in the winter for older family members, but we sure loved the accomodations! Would stay again!

Great location, cozy stay

We had a wonderful stay with four adults and five kids ages 1-10. The location was perfect for our ski trip with access to four o clock run and the snowflake lift so no car needed to get to the slopes! The home is very cozy and had everything we needed to cook several family meals. We had a great time and would definitely look to come back!

Excellent location with wonderful hosts

Really enjoyed our stay. It was just what we needed. The location is nicely set on the mountain and also close to town for convenience. Hosts were attentive and kind. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice get away.

Excellent as described

The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Easy ski-in via the 4 O'Clock Run and ski-out via the Snowflake Lift. Via the Snowflake Lift takes about 10 minutes to reach the base of Peak 8, but it was a smooth and scenic ride. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and pool after skiing. We would definitely stay here again!

Incredible stay

Fantastic experience from the booking, check in, questions about the area were quickly answered and the condo was just as pictured. Beautiful. Super clean and felt like home. And the view was fantastic!

Great ski-in /ski-out location. Super nice condo; very big and well appointed. Great place to spend a super-cold weekend. Its amenities made it easy to deal with the conditions. We felt lucky to stay there.

Clean and spacious

Top floor unit was spacious and clean. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms was nice. Access to the ski run was easy. We cooked some and enjoyed the well stocked kitchen.

Awesome ski trip

This was probably the best ski-in/ski-out location we have had. Dave and Katie were awesome hosts and property was wonderful. Unfortunately the hot tubs were not working during our stay due to a maintenance problem but the property manager was working hard to fix. Overall, would highly recommend.

Hot tub and swimming pool

On Saturday night the hot tub and swimming pool were too cold to utilize. There was a sign that talk about maintenance and that the temps would be ok by 1700. We got to the facilities at 1800 and it was freezing.

Attention to Detail

We really appreciated the cleanliness of the property. It was up to date with furniture, pictures and decorations. The few items that needed attention was emailed to our hosts. To our surprise Eric (co-owner) shows up at the door with all the things we expressed concern over; step stool, new pots and pans, s & p shaker, and other things.We cannot express our appreciation enough! Most owners would never show such concern. We loved walking outside to four'Oclock run to the Snowflake lift. We could come home for lunch and save money on the expensive lunches slope side. I highly recommend this property for family and friends. Thank you to our hosts who care about their renters.

Great location but not all amenities were working

The best thing about this property was the location. It was convenient to the slopes, rental shops and downtown. There were many aspects of the property that were either not working or not working properly. Most notably, the heater did not seem to work in several of the rooms. The fireplace was inoperative, and the garbage disposal was shot. Faucets leaked and the toilet ran on unless you opened the top lid and pushed the flapper. Overall, nothing major just irritating!

The Perfect location and size for our family to stay!

My kids and I enjoyed staying at the 4 O Clock in Breckenridge! Dave was our host and he was very helpful. We called ahead because there weren’t any reviews on the site. He said this was a new location for them but it was a great place and the website showed all the perks! He was spot on! The bedrooms were cozy, the kitchen worked well, washer and dryer were very handy, and we all had room to sit to relax and eat! We had garage space for both vehicles, the hot tub was great, kids enjoyed the pool, and best of all we got on our skis right out back! Highly recommend this stay! Thanks Dave and Katie!
